I had a good experience. There were a few lag times, however, you all did eventually get my concerns addressed. The mortgage company that you all use to look at property documents when a property is involved needs to explain what to do with the documents instead of just leaving your clients hanging. There was no clear direction on what to do with the warranty deeds and the deed of trust documents once the mortgage company finishes drawing up the documents. All your mortgage company did was charge me a $460 fee and left me hanging with documents that I had no clue on what to do with them. Almost two weeks go by not even knowing that I needed to get the documents notarized and send them back to Amanda. I thought that we get the documents notarized after the divorce.

I would highly recommend this law office to anyone seeking representation for a divorce. Especially in the case of an uncontested divorce like mine. Such a simple and easy process. I have a friend using this lawyer right now and he tried to tell her that there was nothing she could do about changing her name back to her maiden name, and that he couldn't put that in the divorce papers. He also told her that there was nothing he could do about her ex husband leaving their children 5, 6 and 10 in the car unattended while he was working. That is a Texas law that children are not to be left unattended in a car. Even his paralegal is very unprofessional. I would advise against using this lawyer unless you want to rip your hair out every day. Also, he is always out on vacation so good luck.
