Tom Jackson is not only a terrible attorney with such a distaste for women in general, he’s also a horrible example of a human being who actually makes it common practice to overcharge you while he just sits there and does nothing. After the initial consultation and maybe one month of minimal effort, he quit fighting for me altogether and I had to take over myself while he charged me for services rendered. Services I actually performed- I had to handle my entire divorce myself....negotiating, strategizing, everything. Tom makes everything sound simple, easy, attainable in your initial consultation by lying and convincing you he’s the man for the job and once you sign on that dotted line, it’s over. He does NOTHING to fight for you...you end up feeling more alone and confused and disheartened. The worst part is, he not only doesn’t fight for you, he knows all the other divorce attorneys in town so he makes sure their well-being, their comfort level, their requests are implemented first!! Always respectful, accommodating, helpful to the OTHER SIDE before even thinking about your wishes. My ex actually stole property from our home while our divorce was pending even though we had a court order in place and Mr. Jackson’s advice was to NOT call the cops and to let it slide because “we don’t want to seem argumentative”. Ended up costing me all of my property. My divorce cost $15,000- one divorce, one house, no other major assets to split, no kids. You do the math. Average with no kids is $5-7k. If you want to go broke, handle your entire divorce yourself, feel completely helpless, and watch the other side take everything because your attorney likes them more, then hire this man.

Once I realized that my marriage was over, I was anxious and had a million questions about what happens leading up to a divorce and afterwards. I hired Tom Jackson to be my divorce lawyer because he was able to walk me through the entire process and make me feel confident that I would be teated fairly.
Even though the settlement negotiations were contentious, Tom handled all of the back-and-forth with the other attorney. I didn't have to get caught up in the emotional aspect of the situation.
One of the main reasons that I have and will continue to recommend Tom is because my divorce ended up going about as quickly and smoothly as I could have hoped for. Another reason is that he has just the right mix of toughness and professionalism. He's not afraid to go toe-to-toe with anyone, but clearly has the respect of his peers and the judges he goes in front of.

Worst divorce lawyer there is!!! Comes off strong then when it's time to go to court, he will fall apart and complain about how he was stuck in traffic and how your going to have to pay for it!!! He will not fight for you and just sit there and make you settle by complaining how it's going to cost more!!! You are throwing your money away if you go to him..

Tom Jackson is the best divorce lawyer a person could ask for! My pastor recommended Tom to me, as I needed an attorney with integrity who would represent me and respect my faith in God.
