I strongly recommend Ryan Nordhaus as representation. Mr. Nordhaus handled my divorce case that was definitely not typical, there were a lot of unique challenges, and he did an amazing job! Mr. Nordhaus is very professional, very friendly, and very knowledgeable and resourceful. We had an excellent outcome! Mr. Nordhaus accomplished things for my case that we’re very challenging, and were above and beyond my expectations. I thank him so much for his attention to my case and for his continued communication with me about my case and for doing everything he could for me and my children. I would definitely recommend Mr. Nordhaus to anyone needing knowledgeable, professional, friendly and fair representation. I feel that Mr. Nordhaus puts his heart and soul into every case, he is a very compassionate and understanding man. I can’t imagine him doing anything but giving his all. Definite 5 stars

Ryan Nordhaus represented me and my two children for an enforcement of child support and a modification of my divorce decree. Having been at battle for many years, I was exhausted and frustrated, until I met Ryan, at the suggestion of another client of his. He immediately took action and has been unfailing in his determination to recoup back owed child support and hold my ex-husband accountable for all of the violations of the decree that have caused me and my kids so much distress over the years. His courtroom demeanor is respectful but firm and he knows exactly how to argue for both what is legal and for common sense. I would refer anyone to him for his legal expertise as well as his ability to bring a calm presence to a troubling situation.

Ryan Nordhaus is an amazing attorney. I highly recommend him and have even had friends use him for their divorces. Ryan was prompt to reply to my questions and or emails. My x-wife even told me she wishes she would have hired Ryan because of his reputation. I just wish I could give Ryan another star (6 stars).....well deserved!!!
I would highly recommend Ryan Nordhaus. Ryan has represented me not once, but twice. Once for my divorce and then for a modification. I would not want any other person in my corner in the courtroom. Ryan is an outstanding, professional attorney with strong Christian values. Ryan's level of professionalism and kindness towards me was like none other. He was such a constant blessing to me during the most difficult time of my life. I felt very prepared along the way as he was so thorough at explaining the process and what to expect. He was very honest with me and his communication throughout was amazing. Ryan's knowledge and skills inside the courtroom were outstanding. I would not only recommend Ryan but would hire him again in a heart beat if needed. Ryan was recommended to me by a friend and I am so thankful to have had Ryan to represent me. If you are looking for an experienced, proficient, skilled attorney, do not hesitate to hire Ryan.

Ryan Nordhaus is 100% the best choice in representation! Hands down! He is professional and has great rapport in the courtroom but don't let that fool you- he will fight hard for you! I was in the absolute worst position when he took my case and I have him to thank for turning the tides in my favor. He was thorough and diligent in his efforts to literally save my kids and me from having nothing post divorce. Divorce is an ugly process but I felt like I had a champion on my side. While Ryan fought hard to ensure I had what was fair and lawful, I was able to put the pieces back together at home. I will always be grateful to Ryan for his good heart, meticulous understanding of the law and for battling hard for my new beginning.

Ryan Nordhaus misleads his clients, is unavilable, his staff is incompetant and he does not earn his $5000.00 retainer for divorce. He did not even answer opposing counsel's emails or letters. His staff gave me misinformation and I had three children to take care of. The entire experience was disappointing and made an incredibly stressful time all the more stressful and upsetting.

Ryan Nordhaus represented me on an Enforcement and Modification with my Divorce/Custody case. He came into my extremely complex and high conflict case, that was years in the making. Ryan got started right away. His assistant Erin was efficient and helpful. Ryan and Erin were always quick to respond my calls and emails. I was kept informed of progress and events. Ryan made sure he was clear on what I wanted and helped me decide what was appropriate. He knows the system and the way things work both in and out of the court room. He was knowledgeable and well spoken in front of the judge. He was confident and assertive in the court room, but kind and compassionate outside of court. I was impressed with Ryan's service. He and his staff are supurb overall. I highly recommend.

Ryan Nordhaus, in my opinion, should be disbarred. He was supposed to represent me on a divorce. I was asked to pay him a $5000 retainer up front. As soon as it went on my credit card, he literally ran out the door, leaving me with his secretary, who wanted only my contact information and financial history and then for me to leave . I was told to get all money trail paperwork in order, which I did, but nobody ever looked at my records, which was a huge red flag to me.. I was required to pay another $7500 over the phone before the temp hearing .The next time I saw him was at the temp hearing where he was an hour late and ran straight into the conference room to meet the opposing counsel. After about an hour he came out, we were outside the courtroom so nothing was on record. He started hammering at me in front of everyone - can you get out of the house in 2 weeks, one month, 2 months. I said, I cant move, I just finished chemo & cant even get up the stairs. He said in front of everyone " I know nothing about you or your finances, can you buy his half of the house?". I was so humiliated. He had scammed me out of $12,000. I never got any work from him, only me calling his secretary requesting meetings that never happened. All of this supposed "temp hrg" took place outside the Courtroom, so nothing was on record and I was not allowed to go to the Hearing in front of the family law Judge, where my husband would have been ordered to help on some bills, as we had been married over 10 years. I was not properly represented. Something went on in that conference room.
After that hearing, before a divorce decree was prepared, he withdrew as my counsel, forcing me to find another attorney to prepare a decree. It was a horrible experience . Ryan seemed to be so desperate for money, I suspected some sort of addiction issues. I had paid what he asked, but I was not represented. My opinion is he should not be allowed to practice law.

Divorce is Hard. When faced with this decision, I reviewed an array of Law Offices to represent me. I chose Ryan Nordhaus and firm for the fact that Ryan listened to me regarding my needs and expectations, qualified a strategy, implemented a plan, and delivered results. Nobody wins in this type of contest but Ryan (Nordhaus and Nordhaus) helped make the process more palatable and his representation was on par with the legal services I was looking for - I would strongly recommend.

almost two years of searching for an attorney who was willing to assist for grandparents rights, I finally found them. I cannot thank this office enough for their hard work, keeping me informed, and getting the job done.

I would like to first of all say...he is an honest attorney. He knows his stuff. He doesn't need to fumble through a law book to see what he can do to resolve a conflict or argument. This guy is most definitely a scholar. He seems pretty well respected by the judges as well. Our case was extreme high conflict. We also were fighting a out of county transfer of a permanent order that everyone else said was irreversible. We always got an answer to any of our concerns questions etc...within the day....usually within a couple of hours. He truly has the children's and family's best interest at heart. His appearance is neat. I've seen some attorneys in court with messy hair 70's suits and laughing as they are fumbling through their law book. No matter what Ryan's demeanor is very professional and he definitely is reassuring and doesn't seem to be intimidated by opposing counsel. Drama free attorney. In these delicate family matters I would choose him over any other. I've had other attorneys in the past and this was by far my best experience. We were well respected in our retainer as well. That's always a plus! So, when I thought all hope was lost in my situation we were able to bring my family back together. It truly is a blessing. Court is over and I still receive calls making sure we have received all final orders and generally how are ya doing? Very refreshing. The photo I added represent the little things we take for granted. Playing Old maid with the kids. Thanks Ryan.

Myself and my husband recently relocated to Texas and had to make a new will. We consulted with April Nordhaus regarding wills, probates and creating a revocable trust. April made a very difficult subject easy and straight forward. With April's help we successfully created a will and a revocable trust. April was really thorough in talking us through it. She explained everything in an easy to understand language with warmth and personality yet still maintaining a high standard of professionalism. We highly recommend April Nordhaus.

After a sudden life change, I needed to get my affairs in order for my children and I. I was referred to April Nordhaus. I was greeted by Allison, who is her amazing legal Assistant. Allison always was in contact with me on any and everything. All correspondence was always done efficiently. When I came in to go over affairs with April, she made me feel comfortable and calm. These were major life decisions I had to make. I will never regret having this team on my side. Will always use them and refer them.

April Nordhaus and her legal assistant Allison McKenzie have been magnificent to work with. Our will was terribly out of date and no longer provided the legal and financial protection we wanted for ourselves or our children. April spent a significant amount of time discussing our intentions and was able to make numerous recommendations; and her ability to explain legal language and provide examples was invaluable. Allison's meticulous attention to detail kept the whole process on track and moving smoothly toward completion. Under their professional guidance we have been able to craft a complete set of extremely specialized Trusts. We would strongly recommend their services without reservation.
