Wendy Juarez was awesome they did everything so fast and got everything they needed in time. These ladys are wonderful and so is jim adler. If it wasnt for them i would be out here wondering what to do. Mine was a hit and run but they were able to catch the person. But there insurance really didnt want to pay so i got tired because my only car was totalled out so i called Jim Adler. They have been a very big help really i love these people. Everything the commercial says is very true.

Save your time i got hit November 7th only talked to my case manager twice they don’t answer or call back and don’t represent you like they say they will I called over 30 times this week and no Answer i had no rental car and my insurance and the other insurance calls me asking about my lawyer we all can’t get an answer I wouldn’t recommended Jim Adler to my worst enemy and i mean it let my car get auctioned before an agent can go look and its been 2 months they pick what cases they want to deal with and I'm 20 I really feel like I'm getting took advantage of if I could give zero stars that would be my option i call everyday and get no answer

My boyfriend was rear-ended in an accident where his 18 wheeler was rear ended by a hazmat tanker, it jackknifed and hit him again. The other company took responsibility. His case has been going on for eight and a half months., he's had several workers and 8 months into the case. Adler has made an offer to the other company that has taken responsibility. They WILL NOT TELL HIM WHAT THE OFFER IS AND SAYS THE ATTORNEY IS THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN GIVE HIM THAT INFORMATION BUT HE CAN NOT SPEAK TO THE ATTORNEY ! This process has been a joke. The face of the company came to my boyfriend and was awesome but since the intake we have experienced nothing but the Mickey Mouse Club that are inexperienced and have no clue as to what is going on. They have misinformed him and rarely respond to his questions. Its as if he is not a participant in this equation. Congratulations to Garcia, Gomez, and Lopez because Smith can't get no satisfaction!
