Philip did way more than I expected, dropped my traffic tickets to minimum and I didn’t go to jail, my previous lawyer just wasted my time and money and kept on torturing me court appearance but with Kim, I never went to court, in less than 2 days, the case was dismissed and he is affordable, flexible payment plan. Phillip did an incredible job on a very difficult court case in Gwinnett County that got filed against me last June. I initially hired Phillip for this legal issue because after calling many attorneys, he was the only one I had talked to that actually offered solutions in resolving my matter. All the other attorneys basically said "There's not much we can do to reduce your charge or sentence." He sat down with me to take the time to learn about my situation in depth, the case, and the circumstances. He presented solutions and I thereon just trusted his work. There were classes and other stuff he suggested at the time I do, that I did, and was able to make a deal with the courts that ended up in a lesser charge and he even got me a Nolo plea on top of that - a miracle! The judge even said, "This is the deal of the century". Phillip works extremely well with the prosectors, while always putting his clients best interests first. The process takes awhile (about 6 months of court dates in my case), but Phillip knows exactly what he's doing the entire time and strategically plans a timeline of what to do. I recommend him 100% to anyone that has a criminal or traffic matter in the area. He will work with you for solutions and will fight aggressively to reduce your charge, court costs, and ultimately, your sentence. I did not think at the start, the result would be as good as it ended to be. He is the best in the business and totally trustworthy!

On the day of my incident, I must’ve called 10 to 15 attorneys who specialize in my kind of case. Not a single one of them could offer me more than a few statements about what could possibly happen if I didn’t hire an attorney and how much that they were going to charge me. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I found Mr. Kim to be the utmost in professionalism. I was looking for a traffic attorney and found Mr. Kim after doing an internet search. I was rear ended last year and was pushed into the car ahead of me, and received a citation for following too closely, and needed somebody with me at the arraignment. At first we discussed getting the charged reduced, and pay the fine, but that would have gone on my driving record and would possibly effect insurance rate. After learning that both the driver I hit, and the driver that hit me stated I was at a complete stop on the police report, he said there’s no way I should have been ticketed. He agreed to take my case, and felt so strongly about it he said he’d not charge me for a second trip if we had to go back for a bench or jury trial. Before court began he was able to talk to the District Attorney, who agreed I should not have been charged, and dismissed the case. After court he told me that he spent the hour drive time to court formulating a “battle plan” just In case we had to go back for a trial. This is the man you want to go to “battle” for you!!

Attorney Kim was beyond personable, professional, transparent, and thorough. I contacted him for my fiancé who had a warrant for criminal trespassing. We were living out of the state of Georgia and trying to move to GA so my fiancé could be with his son following the death his mother. Mr. Kim is a highly professional/caring attorney. He has definitely changed my expectations for an attorney. He is now the standard in which if needed any other attorney will be judged.
My son was arrested for driving while on a suspended license at the time of his court appearance our family was going through a tragic time. Not only was Mr. Kim so sympathetic with our family situation but did all that he could to give us time. The case was much more complicated then I’m sure he signed up for. In order for his license to be valid it involved 3 other countries in Georgia and another state. Mr. Kim without being asked contacted another county spoke to several people to see what was needed for situation to be resolved. He also with another ticket went personally to have a receipt printed and faxed to the DMV.
These are not the actions of a normal attorney. The complications of the case he was hired for to be resolved cannot be explained in a review. He was there every step of the way with advice and genuine concern. The case was resolved with my son having a valid license no fines no jail time. That in itself was an absolute miracle.
