I had a personal injury case with Tyler, he took the case immediately once I presented it. I emailed him,called him and even went by the office several times over the course of an entire year and not one time would he respond or speak with me. My last time going in after a year has went by his receptionist met with me and told me that there was a conflict in my case and he would no longer be able to continue the case.That was the worst experience and I would not recommend him to anyone.

Well let me start out I have nothing but attorney friends and family but they don’t practice in the Georgia state . I know I was given the rub around from beginning to end I stayed calling Ann and she would state she’s in the doctor office or she will call back I give one star because she did pickup but I can say I got the run around for a week now my case I needed help with was criminal first Ann have me false hope stating she was with Mr. Moffitt and after reading case she can see why we wanted to get person release on top of that I remain patient waiting for mr Moffitt to finish up a trial and calling late
Night after a week I was told he couldn’t handle case and at less he look at information I email 3 times in a roll which she stated every time she forward to Moffitt it’s said because the attorney fail me just like the justice system I will forever fight for right treatment I know if this is how Gods people work in there calling I would rather serve the devil
