Our chapter 13 was desmissed without discussion of options. He(some other type of lawyer showed up our meeting) did nothing for us. Judah virtually disappeared. He stopped answering called, emails, etc. Don't waste your time or money on this law firm, if you can call it that.

I was wrongfully fired from my job because i got sick, and after trying to draw unemployment things got worse because i found out my house was being foreclosed on. I had a 10 year old that me and my wife was raising as a guardian. I called Attorney Judah and he saw me the same day for a Free consultation. Was not a goodone, my chapter 13 payments started out where I was having no issue making them the all the sudden they went over $180.00 a month and he did nothing with me telling him I could not afford them. The choice came to weather I was going to eat one week or buy gas to get to and from work and that is when I knew I had to make other arrangements.

I contacted two other attorneys and found out that he could have filed a motion to lower my payments to the trustee based on the facts my health insurance went up over $150.00 a month as well as my escrow account with my mortgage.

Do yourself a favor find a different attorney, I am now worst off that I was before I started the bankruptcy filing. This attorney is only looking out for himself and the money he can make off of anyone he can take on as a client. He is an example of why attorneys have bad reputations !
