I have been trying for TWO MONTHS to get a hold of someone. You can only call on Mondays and Fridays between 9-11am to apply for services. I call every ten minutes on both days each week. The line rings 3 times and then a recording announces to call back later because they're busy helping other clients. Who are these other clients?? What is the secret to getting through on this phone line??

They never respond, I have been trying to get help but nothing yet.. They asked me some documents, which I faxed, but never heard anything back.. They should have a department which helps people in getting help from them LOL

They were very informative about my problem. Took plenty of time with me to explain things.

...terrible service ethic here...hurry up and wait...this place. need less "attitude" and an upgraded phone system -which sucks eggs...lousy experience, rude receptionist...
