if I could give a 0 for these people I would he did nothing he sat on my case to collect a check. I am fighting this because he was horrible and did nothing. Don't do it they are so bad

Very good experience from start to finish. Attorney David Randle handled my case and he was very professional thru and thru. Its been over six months since my case ended and although late I wanted to mention the great experience I had with this firm. Mr Randle kept in touch with me the entire time I never had to wonder why was going on with my case, I wish there were more attorneys like him. Thanks a Million Mr. Randle.

I called to hire a worker's compensation attorney, the lady answered the phone, "law offices of Abbott &Associates". I started to talking and she cut me off. She put me on hold. No she didn't ask me to hold.
Midway through my statement, I hear hold music playing. I called back the second time, she answered and then hung up on my face. Good thing I found out how they treat their clients before I started paying them.

I called and spoke to Joseph regarding my case. After getting my information, and rudely asking me how I was “Paying” for my doctor visits, without a job, he said, “We can’t work with you.” When I asked “Why?” He said, “I don’t have to give you that information.” Wow! I was shocked at his blatant rude and cold attitude. This was extremely rude and uncaring. If he didn’t care about me, whom he had one conversation with, how will this law firm truly care about your case? They won’t. He sounded as if he wanted money up front or “No deal.”

Got injured on January 23rd 2010, contacted Ogletree Abbott and was assigned Bianca Reed as a caseworker. It took a little to get the ball rolling with Walmart, but she always went above and beyond to make sure that my case was taken care of Thoroughly and that I received the compensation that I deserved. She took on the big dogs and won. I got my surgery approved in 2011 and a few months later, I received my backpay from Walmart. I was assigned a few different lawyers along the way, but ultimately I was paid out until the end of 2017. I would recommend this lawfirm to anybody looking to be protected from the thievery of evil corporations that only seek to help their own. Joseph bedoy is a great attorney as well. My name is Billy Hamilton, Verizon SW my employer has done every dirty trick to avoid paying my claim. Verizon claimed I was not hurt on the job and failed top give notice as required by law. I worked over time after the injury. and did not go immediately to the hospital. So i was forced to hire Abbott Clay and Reed, who assigned Joseph Bedoy to my case, he is, a very likable , knowledgeable, and skilled attorney, that really showed me his metal at trial against Verizon. He started with going over the elements of the case and the evidence required to prove them, and sharpening my memory of the accident and the dates and times of all the following events critical to our case. then on trial day Verizon has 3 witnesses and Joseph effectively turned each witness into a witness that prove critical and essential points that proved and supported my case and then on closing argument Mr. Bedoy provided the court with the law to justify and require a ruling in my favor, which Verizon failed to impeach and the Judges written opinion indicated as much and resulted in a finding of a compensable injury with timely notice, not once but two times, and that Verizon shall pay for treatment and monetarily, all back pay and start making weekly payments, now Mr. Bedoy is trying to avoid court to get a greatly needed surgery scheduled and completed the firm is the best when Mr. Bedoy was on vacation Verizon cut off all my weekly checks I called Mr. Abbott who called Verizon and checks were started with in 24 hours. I am glad Mr. Abbott reviews my case monthly or when Mr. Bedoy is not available because Verizon does not hesitate to stop payments, treatment or needed surgery.on a whim.just to harass and delay, so made the best choice when I called Bill Abbott and he assigned Joseph Bedoy to help me.

Joseph was just awesome. He was always on top of things when it came to my husbands court and doctor's appts and etc. He answered all of our questions honestly and promptly. The best form of communication for us was through email and we would sometimes get updates and answers at night and even over the weekends. This was by far the best experience we've ever had with an attorney. Joseph did everything he was suppose to do under the law and had no control over what doctor reports and medical records/reports stated which was beyond his control. I would recommend him and his law firm to any and everyone that would listen.

Do NOT use this group of attorneys! At first they seem like they will fight for you out of compassion. All lies. I came to them in my time of need and Abbott and his monkey just milked me for $6000, in 6 months they helped me get NOTHING accomplished. I was fighting for compensibility on my shoulder and needed a surgery, Joseph Bedoy went on a vacation and quit communicating with me but kept charging me for 3 months until he told me I was chasing waterfalls thinking I needed a surgery. I got surgery approved without him a week later. Don't believe their false promises, these people will and Have scammed many people. Don't be their victim. You're better off fighting for yourself than letting these people represent you and really losing out when you're already suffering.

I thought i had the right law firm, boy was i wrong.At first Mr Clay reallywas on top of my claim. But after 15 months, i was left with nothing. No settlement money, not even unemployment benefits,Iam looking for another job.In a few more days, i will be homeless. If there was a rating for zero thats what they would get. They have poor communication, once they rush a courier to you to sign retention papers, there care and concers goes down the drain. They constantly bill for time they dont actually give. The state should definitely look into them for fraud.my wife and i did most of the paperwork gathering to get the ball rolling, and. yet they still take forever.
The main guy Bill Abbott i think his name is allways billing for reviewing paperwork, although i have never even heard of this man other that Abbott, Clay and Reid in the business name.
