They keep giving me lawyers that will not call me back! I know it's not the bars fault, but it's really annoying

Called the help line right at 5:30 and immediately got the hold message. Within a couple of minutes, a human voice answers and asks for the area of law in regards to my question. She tells me she needs to place me on hold. After 12 minutes, she comes back on the line with the same greeting....THEN HANGS UP! Seriously??? I called back 16 times and never got another human being. It would ring so long sometimes, that it would go to some mailbox. I left a voice message, but don't expect to get a call back. What a waiste of time. Shame on them. I'm sure they don't care. After all, they ARE liars....I mean Lawyers.
