I just called the law firm I will give my update after I speak to an attorney.

Called about 2 months ago for a misdiagnosed illness that almost killed my wife and kept her hospitalized for several weeks where she caught all kind of diseases. The lady on the other side of the phone took my information and a week later some other lady called me, gave her all the details, said" I will forward this information to Mr. Hastings and we'll call back" and never heard from them again. I guess they only take cases if there's a death in the hospital. So much for the "Misdiagnosis" section...If you've lost someone they might call you back. In the meantime I already found a great attorney who took our case and is pro bono as well. Just delete that section, the "misdiagnosis" one please. Thank you
