This is a service for people who can not afford an attorney and who need advise on how to handle their case pro se. It has worked great for me and just having the attorneys available to ask questions to has helped me tremendously. I think the precious reviews are from people who did not read what they signed in exchange for the service they paid for because they made it very clear to me that I would not have legal representation at court however I would have access to attorneys to advise me on how to handle my case. Every time i text them to request a call, I am called that same day. They have a service for $300 to type all your documents for you, which is a steal compared to what an attorney can charge. I'm grateful that I found this service and because of it, I have been able to handle my case Pro se so far.

This is not really pro-bono. $350 fee upfront and they do not file or prepare court documents. All they do is give you advise. You have to wait for hours just to talk to a lawyer. Anything extra costs extra.

Do not come here they take your money and do not help then they will ask you for 400$ just to give you a couple of pieces of paper.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would!! Making an appointment is a joke, because by the time we were seen it was three hours later. I've sat at the Social Security Office and in a hospital ER for a less amount of time. The staff communicates beyond poorly by not explaining the wait time after already making an "appointment". The level of professionalism disgusts me and being spoken to in a condescending and degrading manner as if we were criminals is absolutely disgusting. They act as if they're God on a marble throne. DO NOT conduct business with them!!!

The receptionist was very nice and over the phone it sounded like they could help. I came in for consultation and I met with a black male intake specialist and he didn’t read over my papers, he asked me what I wanted them to do for me. So I tried to explain to him, how I’ve been through a custody battle and i won last year but due to false accusations and false statements they switched it around and he started telling what all they couldn’t help me with and that he know I don’t know the law to even start off and that coming to my appointment and crying in the office was unacceptable. So I tried again to explain to him, they told me to come back with a lawyer, I know how and what to say and how to file stuff within the court and I know have the right to be my own representative, since he assumed that I didn’t know that. And he got offended and pushed my papers and said “don’t talk to me like that, do you want us to help or not?” And I never raised my voice or used any tone. I was just explaining that I’ve been through a custody battle before since he assuming I had no knowledge at all because of my age. Waste of time.

Free services aren’t really free, waste of time and money

This place is horrible they charge way to much not just that but the time u have to wait to just to see a attorney three times I've been here waited 4 hours this is nonsense after I pay they still get no good service would recommend going somewhere else
