I am an attorney and I have been referring my family law business to Marlene for TWO decades. Why? Bc she is a conscientious lawyer. I trust her to do a great job. I trust her with my own clients. All the people I have referred to her, and that would be well over 1000, have thanked me for the referral.

Unfortunately no option for ZERO STARS, and can highly assume all her 5-star ratings are from family or friends. Marlene is very unprofessional and has the most hideous attitude towards people. And it's not necessarily much of a ”personal opinion” have heard it as well from several people. Not only does she treat people as inferiors she also carries herself in such a rude matter. Don’t recommend and frankly don’t even know why she would promote herself as someone who is “ family-oriented or fights for justice” she's the total opposite. Never in my life have I met such a horrible person as she... What a shame and embarrassment to women.

Marlene is well professionally prepared and a great litigator in court but this is not really the reason why I would hire her again, the reason I would definitely hire her again if I ever need to is because she is a nice human being, cares about her clients, tries hard to help you out and never wants to take advantage of you financially, she is fair and righteous and I could tell that she is an honest person with lots of integrity.

Anyhow rush my self to get here to be told you will have to wait she has another "opening" do you want to wait or reschedule? 1st off, if im going to be paying $100 an hour for a consultation i expect more. When i told the lady id rather just cancel, she smiled and said "thats good have a nice day" . So unprofessional. If thats what i was going to have to deal with then forget it !! Waited a month to see this lawyer. Waste of time. People need to be more considerate of other peoples time

Do not go to this lady. Kept asking for $$ for almost 2 years from my elderly in-laws and did nothing to get his pass port papers done. She is a rip off!! It took me two weeks get everything done for them, she never even submitted any paperwork to process for his passport. I wish I would have known what was going on with them.

She never answers calls, I spoke with her a total of three times over the course of 7 months, and only could speak to the aids who knew nothing about law. Nothing I requested was ever done even though I was promised it would be taken care of. She got me into terrible situations that put me and my son in actually danger and in legal trouble. When I complained and asked that she took my case seriously, I got yelled at and hung up on twice and then received a letter saying that she was dropping my case only two days before the court date. Now I am thousands of dollars poorer with no results and no money to get another lawyer. She was more stressful to work with than the situation I hired her to get me out of. Never hire this woman, she is completely unprofessional, does not care about her job, or her clients, and is incredibly rude and goes against what you hire her to do.
