I hired her to represent me and my interest and at court it seemed like she was not on my side . She gave me up at court and would not fight for me . Very bad experience. You would think that your attorney who you pay thousands of dollars to has your best interest, well I was wrong. I felt like she turned on me right in the court room .No fight fo me .NOT RECOMMENDED

This has to be the worst attorney in El Paso she is all about the money delivers nothing but disappointment. People pay attention to the reviews would of been better off representing myself.

Absolutely horrible waste of time and money. Frustration and disappointment is all she has delivered. She continually rescheduled court dates so no progress is made but her ridiculously high bills keep coming. Before going with her make a list of your realistic expectations....now divide that by 4. Next take the amount she quoted you and multiply that by 4. She has left me broke and defeated in a case that should be easily won.

This has been the worse experience with an attorney I have ever had. Lack of compassion, lack of time for my case, and lack of communication with the attorney. I see dollar signs all over because she does not seem to even know about my case other than what I need to pay. I hope that I can get my case resolved soon and I will come back and post the outcome but I feel its a disaster waiting to happen with my case.

Terrible form would not recommend she takes your money makes this up and nothing is ever done on your behalf , legally find a way to make things up and nothing is ever done.

Not very professional at all took our time and money for 2yrs. Set us up with the opposing lawyer and took his side. She prolong the case to keep taking our money. Her staff or upcoming lawyers were trying their best to help but with her bad leadership and misguidance they had their hands tied up. My recommendation is to stay away from her and find a better attorney, I understand they deal with alot of cases and situations but we are giving them our hard earned money for them just to take it. They charge $100 for consultation

I recently paid for a one hour consultation. Ambriz didn't walk out of her office until 25 minutes had passed. During the consultation, I asked her to repeat something she said and straight out told me no and she continually kept looking at her watch. I felt that I had to pull information from her to get my money's worth. Ambriz lacks compassion and empathy towards her clients. Ambriz would be better off saving her animosity for the courtroom.

Mrs. Ambriz is the greatest. She was able to look at the situation and depict with great detail on how she would assist. From day one to the very last, I had the utmost confidence in Mrs. Ambriz. If ever I did have questions or concerns, Mrs. Ambriz or one of her wonderful staff would reach out promptly. She took great care of my family and made us whole. I am forever grateful.

WORST ATTORNEY EVER! I wish there qas a no star optional. She Charged $2500 up front, charged by the minute for phone calls! and never did anything! She showed up to one hearing and did nothing to defend our case. Then had to go ask another attorney for help. Her assistant Claudia is snyde, rude, and untrustworthy. She will give information about your case to the other party, and the office never calls you back. Her license should be revoked. I bet she slept through law school. Oh, and don't expect a partial refund, I'm sure she enjoyed her free money.

If I could rate this no stars I would. Like many others have stated she seemed to be representing my ex more than me. Everytime I showed up to court she didn't know who I was. Her secretary was more helpful than any of her other staff. I had a sit down with one of them named Leti Garcia, and she wrote down information that I gave her. When I called to ask about anything or message them, they were always very rude. Xotchil Ambriz ended up just dropping me as her client because she said they were unable to communicate with me. The lack of communication was not on my part but on them. She jusy takes your money!! Find another family law or modification lawyer!

I only met her once then didn't see her again until my divorce hearing which she had no clue who I was. Her office and herself kept confusing my case with a military case. It's been 2 yrs now and I received a call several months ago telling me my medical cd was available for pick up. I never gave them anything the sort. Bad bad service

This lawyer seemingly represented my spouse better than myself. I was only able to meet with her once prior to the actual court date for divorce (too bad I paid all the fees upfront thinking I was being proactive). She showed up 45 minutes late to my hearing time. Her paralegal was terrible at maintaining regular contact. I would highly recommend going with any other lawyer for family law.
