My aunt, daughter and I were in a car accident. We went to her off a referral to help us get through the process. I don't know where to begin to explain the horror we went through before they hired us another attorney because of our displeasure. Phone calls were never returned. Emails never were answered. We were sent to quack doctors. I had a referral to go to a surgeon and was never sent. I went back to my primary doctor just to get the referral done. The physical therapist was a chiropractor that only helped a little. The pain management we were sent to only did one injection and pain pills before the referral. Then we were sent to her friend office where we were told our pain was due to thyroid issues not the bulging and dislocated dusk in our spines. Then i got a PIP check and tgeir iffice took a percentage of it but when aunt got hers they didnt. Very inconsistant. After doing research on how to handle the situation I sent a nasty letter and we got new attorneys from another office. Terrible experience. I'd stay far away.

Attorney never called with update on case.l had to call for update. Case is closed now,have not received a call or letter from him telling me that case had been closed. All my notifications came from social security office,and one from attorney. I would not recommend them.

I filed for disability through this law office. The lawyer that was assigned to me did not get all the pertinent information that he needed to win my case it was denied, appealed, and then went to ADL judge and got denied. They did not appeal the ADL decision. Instead they dropped me as their client. Causing me to have to refile my claim with another attorney. That attorney did their job and I was approved for my disability first try. So sorry, Leticia Gonzales and her lawyers screw them self out of their paycheck. I will not be recommending them to anybody. Very disappointed.

I got my disability approved within 6 months. It got denied once, and a month later I received the great news. The staff there never dropped the ball or passed the buck to someone else. They were prompt with the paper work and were available to all of my questions with answers quickly. This was Jan. 2017, I'm sad to see all of the bad reviews. Maybe there's new staff. Now I'm concerned about referring anyone, but I did about a month ago and they seem to be getting the job done promptly like they did with me. Thanks!!

I was "given over" to this most incompetent law firm. I found out of my denial by calling them. I called to check status of my case, when I was matter a fact told that they had closed my file because I had been denied and they would not be representing me. If I choose to file an appeal council. After reading the reasons why I was being denied, I noticed there was major medical records not in the file or any where the ssi could look and see that I suffer from a head injury.

I recommend this office 100% very helpful especially Mary!! Love love if I ever need any legal stuff done I will for sure go back to them thank u again for all u guys did for me n my family!!

Unless you have a good workers comp case they helped us win that thanks to Christopher Lee But Do No put your trust in her to win your case you will be Sadly disappointed and midappeal with ssi she will write a letter saying she let you go no longer represents you as she did to my husband as to his case after fighting for 3years. All they want is your money. Do not trust them! Staff doesn't return calls cases aren't updated. They need to be reported to the BBB guess that will be my next call in the morning.
