Yep! Very unprofessional staff & unethical atty. I am surprised he has not been disbarred from practicing law!
And the wife, the toe doctor, isn't any better, does not take care of her patients!

How does he get or keep any clients with Silva working the phone lines and not answering questions ? Just plain old rude and unprofessional. For ticket questions, trust me it's not that serious. Good luck !
