BEWARE! We hired Troy Brookover for an accident that occured on January 7, 2013, and he wanted to settle the case for a few thousand dollars. Mr. Brookover stated that we never had a chance of winning the case. Because we did not agree with him, he sent a certified letter terminating us as a clients, and on top of that went on the letter adding language that no other attorney would take us on as a client. We were shocked by the this since my wife and I were badly hurt in the accident. It turned out I had major surgery on my shoulder, and my wife still till this day needs ongoing treatment. Well thank God, another attorney believed us, and took our case despite Mr. Brokover and we settled for over six figures. Unless, you're just looking for a quick settlement we wouldn't recommend this firm or Troy Brookover....get a real attorney

Mr. Brookover is in a profession where people hope they won't need his services, because if they do, it will mean they're dealing with pain of the literal and figurative variety. Thankfully, he and his team make dealing with the fallout of an accident as figuratively painless as possible. I was in another accident years ago, hit by a drunk driver, what should've been an open and shut case, and if only I'd been referred to Mr. Brookover then. The attorney I had at that time made everything such a hassle I might as well have handled it myself, but Mr. Brookover was like night and day in comparison, taking care of everything and making the entire process go smoothly. This lawyer sucks ass and doesn't get what's owed to you. They just sat on my case for a year and offer 2000 and I was out of a car for a month and I had to bum for rides to get to work. Do not deal with this law firm.

Very glad to have found this injury attorney. My accident was horrible and since there weren't any witnesses, it was just my word against theirs. But Troy fought for me. When it was all finished and done, the accident was ruled in fault of the other driver and their insurance company settled with me for nearly twice as much as we thought they would. I recently used this law firm after I was injured in a car accident. My injury was pretty serious, I broke my collar bone and damaged my right eye significantly. Honestly, I didn't think that I was going to get any help for my damages, the other person was claiming that I ran the stop sign when in fact they ran the sign, and there were no witnesses to prove it. Troy (my attorney) did some investigating in to local surveillance cameras in the area and was able to find one that was being shot through a restaurant, and it clearly showed that the other driver had run the sign. You can't imagine how relieved I felt when I saw that video. We didn't even have to go to trial, the other drivers insurance company negotiated a settlement that covered all of my damages plus rehabilitation for my injuries up through the next 10 years. My husband and I were visiting our Son, who is currently stationed in San Antonio, when I had my accident.
