Mark Jetton told me from the day I walked into his office, how he was going to handle this case, and how he was going to clear me of these charges. I was a nervous wreck walking in there, he made me feel so comfortable and his confidence really makes you feel at ease. I was charged in August of 2017 with DWI, Driving with Open Container, and failure to maintain lane control.
I was stationed in South Carolina at the time of the incident and was visiting some friends in Charlotte, while having a few beverages.
I wasn't to meet Mr. Jetton for the consultation, but my family member stood in for me to discuss the trial with Mr. Jetton. My family member immediately felt a sense of comfort, and that Mr. Jetton had everything under control. Upon meeting Mr. Jetton he kept me very informed of what his intentions were every time I had to make a court appearance.
On the last court appearance, the state trooper who made the arrest did not appear in court, and Mr. Jetton controlled the situation entirely, and did not allow the district attorney another continuance on behalf of the trooper's absence.
Because of the absence, Mr. Jetton made a motion to dismiss all three counts that were against me, and won my case for me.

I was going to write a lengthy review on the details of my case and how it was handled by Mark Jetton and his firm, but since I hired Mark- nothing technically happened.

Needing an attorney is a stressful and daunting situation to be in. I did my research and spoke with a few other attorneys about my case before speaking with Mark. J&M just handled another speeding ticket for me. 64 in a 45. Dropped to improper equipment. I made the mistake of having my last ticket handled by another firm. Ended up with points on my insurance. Call Jetton & Meredith. They really do make tickets disappear.

If you got a speeding ticket in Mecklenburg Country, these are your guys! You pay their fee plus court costs AND THE TICKET DISAPPEARS. They took care of my last ticket, a good friend's ticket and my girlfriend's last ticket. You don't have to appear in court, there's no lowering to a lesser offense, it just gets dropped. No insurance points, nothing. Love these guys.

Mark handled my case and was able to get my speeding ticket of 62/45 charge changed to an Improper Equipment, as well as my failure to secure passenger under 16 charge dismissed. I don't know how or why everyone else had such a good experience. I fired my first lawyer thinking Mark was a better option because I had a friend talk me into it who had used Mark. I would have saved a lot of money if I had stayed with Laughrun. I just don't understand how I was strung along to believe I had a chance when he never even watched my roadside video until the date of trial and told the judge the video didn't work on his laptop. Tf. I also had to only deal with his secretary who was great but I never got to talk to my lawyer himself. I wasted a lot of time going to court over and over and over. It didn't end. I met my lawyer twice and all the other times it was just a different guy who worked with him or for him. I would never go back. Not just because I didn't win my case, but because he seemed completely sheisty.

I was first skeptical that Mark could get off my record a speeding ticket through a school zone (which was an honest mistake not paying attention exhausted new mom time of my life).

He was able to get it off my record entirely! He promised to get it dropped out of a school zone and only 10 mph over. Well over a course of several months my case kept being moved and I got a call one day that it was completely dropped by in my record. I thank God for him! That was little over a year ago.

I again, a repeat offender, had to sadly call his office recently because I was ticketed for “making a lane” in a turn lane. Anyways, to my shock he got it completely dropped.
