Was suppose to have a meeting with Ethridge, but received a call the day before my appt & told Ethridge wouldn't be available. I was given the choice of rescheduling or meeting with Copeland instead. So I decided to give her a chance &, honestly, I couldn't regret my decision more. She is harsh & doesn't seem to be a very understanding or caring individual. Idk what Ethridge is like & most likely will never find out strictly because of the interaction with Copeland. I've never been more dissatisfied or had a worse experience with an individual who was suppose to be helpful.

David Ethredge did an excellent job representing me.

looks like from the reviews that ethredge is not there often. most people deal with copeland who some find unresponsive. i have not been there. only was looking for attorney to help with legal advice.
Very disappointed!!! Had a morning appointment with Ms.Copeland. When we arrived at her office, she was in another county at a pre planned commitment. We were rescheduled for late the same afternoon and returned. At that time,Ms. Copeland took our information and asked me to provide some additional pertinent data (which I did within the discussed period of time). She requested a $500 Retainer at our initial and only meeting (which I immediately wrote a check for). The matters she was to handle for us were quite time sensitive. After an extended period, several calls and several texts, I was only able to speak with the receptionist. Ms. Copeland never returned any of my requests for a return call or some type of communication. After three months, we still had not been able to reach her and no legal work had been done on our behalf. Totally frustrated, we turned the matter over to a personal representative who has POA to deal with all of our business. He, after text and e mail attempts to reach Ms. Copeland finally contacted her via a registered letter. To her credit, which is the only positive thing I can say about her, our money was returned. However, our issues were not resolved and a great deal of valuable time was wasted. As Senior citizens, time is an extremely valuable commodity. Had Ms. Copeland contacted us and explained that she was unable to help us for whatever reason and made an applicable referral, we would not be in the very awkward position we are now in. We are not only disappointed, we are hurt to have been treated in this manner by someone we put our trust in as a legal professional.
