This office is a joke. How do I tell my daughter that this office isn't willing to fight for justice for her after I told her that if she came forward and reported what happened to her that you guys would keep up the fight. Is it because your scared of possibly losing a trial. I would much rather not stop fighting and lose a trial, than to just give up and do nothing and let another predator walk free. How do you expect victims to come forward and report crimes if your just going to drop down and turn belly up and not even try to fight for the victim? How are the people supposed to believe in and trust your office when your not even willing to fight for justice for one little girl? This court obviously prefers it's criminals to be out free and walking. If this predator victimizes another child then the guilt will fall directly on your office. I guess it's true when people say that the victim is only a priority to a prosecutor when it's an election year. Thank you for showing my child that there's clearly no such thing as justice in Cass County anymore.

The phone clerk was so disrespectful and tried to rush me off the phone. That is unacceptable service for a justice department. People are depending on you guys for their freedom and so forth . If You don't have the ability to at least seem helpful you need to get out of that field of work
