Phenomenal Service!

Had an 11am consultation. Arrived at 10:50am. Around 11:15 I ask if I should reschedule, receptionist says no he's coming up the stairs. 11:25 I hear her call him on speakerphone, this man says I'm still in the chair, (at the barber shop.) Tell him to fill out the paperwork and that I'm on my way. I told the receptionist I'll just find someone else. I could understand if a client ran over but getting a haircut? When this appointment had been scheduled since Monday, you wait until I'm supposed to be there to go get a haircut. NO SENSE OF PROFESSIONALISM.

Poor service. Overcharged. Always forgetting to file paperwork or files inaccurate paperwork. Had to go to the office if you wanted answers, they would wait days or weeks to return calls and emails. Lawyer doesn't show up for court. In the end we won our case but even the judge said (on one of the occassions the lawyer didn't turn up)we could have done this one on our own and saved our money. But he had already been paid in full.

Paid attorney fees for service on an allegation that was false, I was asked to take a plea, I declined released Mr.Service from my case with no refund; I eventually hired Carl Bussey, and my case was dismissed.

So thankful for the help in my custody case by Mr. Service. Henry was nothing but up front and kept it real about every situation so I knew what to expect in court. His paralegal Jessica was top notch! She answered every question and addressed every concern I had threw the entire process and has even reached out to check on my family and I even after we were done. I felt extremely comfortable and was able to come with my children and they were made comfortable in the office as well. Awful legal services. Will literally take your money and walkout on you in court. Paperwork was ok. Waste of $1,000! If you're looking for an affordable and reliable attorney, GO ELSEWHERE! ALSO, after he takes your money his rude receptionist will make it clear that money was non refundable.

I was referred by a friend, came to meet with the attorney for no reason a waste of time because what he quoted me over the phone twice was way off what he tried to charge me. He was very condescending and I didn't like his demeanor. Also it was very hot in his office.

Henry concedes to corruption. I lost my son because he wanted to be one of the boys he says. He shows up to hearings unprepared. He never once sat down and prepped with me for any hearing. He is full of excuses and likes to yell really loud at you all the time. I got hung up on several times as well like other reviews say. It's an extension of Clay County's kangaroo court. He shows up the day of trial with a green pen and nothing else. Most attorneys in town laugh at him for being such a joke. They wonder how he ever got a "Super Lawyer"status. Also for being a former prosecutor he couldn't prosecute a Bologna sandwich properly. He's not a fighter for you he's a fighter for his own image and will call you out in the courtroom if you dare fire him and throw you right under the bus just like a proper sleaze ball would. He will answer to god someday for ripping a family apart like he did. He could have also reported his fraudulent colleagues to the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel but he didn't. He flipped papers at them behind his back like they were baller's in high school and best buddies when passing case info around.

Great Staff they work above and beyond work hours to get my case settled! Mr. Service was Awesome in the COURTROOM! Proffessional Team effort with a family environment is how I felt!

Was referred by another law firm that they handled auto tort issues, but received horrible customer service by the receptionist who answered the phone anytime somebody has to hang up on you because they don’t know how to handle a problem shows you the standard of professionalism that this firm has. Never got a chance to do business with them as they only handle family and personal injury, but just a fair warning to anyone looking for a PROFESSIONAL and eager to help law firm this ain’t it, it’s time we expose bad business for what it is. As a proud member of Omega Psi Phi I strongly believe in supporting black business and also believe that as a people we are a little harder on our own, but at the end of the day wrong is wrong and right is right.

Nice staff not sure about lawyers yet because I haven't been to court yet so I'll let toy know. He seemed cool.

The best law firm! They were able to work with me financially and answered any questions I had regarding my case. I will without a doubt go back to Service Law Firm to see Henry for any future legal needs.

The communication is non existent . When I call the office to talk to him he is never available, and never personally returns my calls, I can't count on two fingers how many times I talked to him about my case in six mounths . They changed my court date, and I didn't know until the evening before I was supposed to be there....the week of the court date I got three call from his office not him, to be at court when I get there the prosecutor told me he had came and left and I need to talk to him.....wait what ....if he was there and he knew I had to be there why did he not text me or call why waste my time? So I call the office and know one there can tell me anything..I have to wait on him.....lol this place is a joke...PS the prosecutor told me what my lawyer came to court to do from me and it was NOTHING that we had previously talked about so I was confused an frustrated about the lack of communication and him make up his own plan and executing it without my permission......Personal what makes me the most upset is I'm a black American and when I put money into the black business I get disappointed every time......SMH..
