Website clearly says free consultations. We had called to set up our free consultation and was notified that there is a $200 consultation fee. please remove your "free consultation" from your website if you do not offer them.

Not happy when it states they do free consultation for child custody. Fix your online google thing

This has to be the worst law firm and staff on the planet. Most of the reviews are done by staff or heck even Walt Williams himself gave it a good review because he runs the place. I have paid them nearly 4000 dollars only to have Nicole Carlton withdraw from my case nearly over a year into it. She was upset because I was asking her to do her job and she got offended because she was dragging her feet on it. I went months without seeing my son. He was 4 months old when I hired her and now he is well over a year old and still nothing has been set up. She charges about hundred dollars every 3 emails she’s sends and doesn’t not let you finish speaking when you talk to her. I tried expressing politely how I felt about it to Walt Williams himself and he did nothing but yell at me while I kept a yes sir no sir attitude with him. I told him I needed to pick up my file and he asked me if I was in Joplin but I said no and I can be shortly he then threatened to call the police on me if I ever came back there. I never said anything about going back there unless it was to pick up my check for money they owed me or my file. Needless to say do not use Nicole Carlton or this law firm. I put my word on this they have
put me in the worst situation I’ve ever been in. Total scam.
