Sooo.... I'm not sure what to say at the moment so I'm just gonna share my story. I was out hanging with some friends and was drinking. On my way home I realized that I was more messed up than I thought I was so I pulled over to sleep it off. Woke to a cop tapin my window. Needless to say I went to jail for D.W.I. even though I wasn't actually driving. I went to court and the judge told me I better get a lawyer. So after checking a few places I chose to go with Worsham Law Firm. Had a meeting. They explained everything. I felt like I was in good hands. Now this where I kinda get lost at. I fully paid them to take care of this. I went to court more than once trying to get this taking care of. Something about the County have any new prosecution or something like that was holding up my case. He said he will keep me informed. I haven't had one call from my lawyer since then. On top of all that I didn't live in that area and I did let my lawyer know when I was gonna be leaving. I actually stuck around longer waiting to see how it was gonna go in court. After so long I had to leave. It has been over a year since I got that charge and still haven't heard from my lawyer. So I guess that was 1500 down the drain.

These guys are amazing. I had Christian Sowash I was facing 15 years no if and or buts about. For a PV. But as you can see I'm home with my family. Thank You so much from our family to yours.

I have avoided working on my Estate plans for YEARS because I thought it would be so painful. I am so glad I found out about Worsham Law Firm to set up my Estate. They took me through the process step by step and explained every critical point and clearly answered my questions. They use a very easy to navigate client portal that made the process simple. Motion to withdraw- if you have a serious legal matter this is not the attorney to hire!!! Only called for money, went six months without hearing from my attorney, never talked to me about my case except the few times when I seen them in court. Made a home visit but was unprepared and never made another appointment to talk to me. They added $10k to my bill I never agreed to pay because I knew I couldn't meet there payment requirements and told them this but still wouldn't listen. Filing a complaint with the Missouri bar association!!!!

They kept me up to date on everything that was going on, and made sure that I knew that if I had any questions or concerns that I could call or message them with no issue and they would be happy to help. They made sure I understood everything and would take their time going over all the info on my case with me, and made sure that I was comfortable before we moved on to anything else. Hopefully I won't need a lawyer again, but if I do, I'll definitely go back.

My daughter in law paid for this jack wagon to represent her. Just a simple ticket, her first one. He is impossible to get ahold of, the court has tried to contact him and he didn’t show up for court and resulted in a warrant for her arrest.

Bad service

I've been researching and meeting with lawyers all over the state for my startup business, Easy Access Hunts, and have chosen to go with Worsham Law Firm. My business is needing some unique contractual and legal work that hasn't been easy to find the right fit for, and the concierge service that Worsham Law now offers has turned out to be perfect for my business.

Will and Christian both take the time to meet with me to fully understand my needs in the business, and always go beyond the legal service by providing business experience, knowledge, and ideas along the way. For a flat monthly rate they take care of our legal needs for the business and always answer any questions that we have.

The service we receive is beyond my expectations and I would recommend this service to any business, from new to mature.

The front desk lady’s are awesome and Cody was the biggest help out of them all. But ... let me explain my 10,000 I spent with them.
I was fighting a ticket because me and a cop got into it.. but that’s not the problem

I payed 5,000 to fight this ticket... But here’s how it went down
I tried to set up 3 meetings with the lawyer and let me explain you how the meeting went down ..
(The biggest waste of my money) a 250$ lawyer would have done it better.

The first meeting we only sat down and talked for 30 mins then he had to go .. so not really a big deal.

The second meeting was about 2 or 3 days before my court date... and he reschedule and called me and told me to
come in the day before my court date...and talk then about a plan(Are you kidding me. How are you going to fight for me after I payed you 5k )

The third meeting ... that was supposed to be the day before ... turned out to get blown off and called me again and TOLD ME to meet him 30 mins before my court so we can talk ...

HOW ARE YOU GONNA FIGHT FOR ME!

We both walked in to court ,he flirts with the prosecutor and gets me a deal... and I had no choice to take it because my own lawyer didn’t even care about me to even fight for me.

That’s not what I payed for... if I wanted a deal I would had walked down the street and ask the homeless guy to represent me...

The only people that care about you are the front counter girls... they are sweet hearts and the lawyers there are not worth it.

Go on Craigslist if you want a lawyer better then them. Don’t let them FAKE 5 star rates play you.

While I have not had to use Mr. Worsham in a professional capacity, I have received wonderful advice and referrals from him for my legal needs. Mr. Worsham is always professional and more than knowledgeable in his field of expertise! I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of his services!

For anyone facing a DWI charge I would highly recommend Will Worsham over anyone else in the Springfield area. Will was one of the most honest attorney's I have dealt with and he was straight with me on what to expect from our initial meeting. I was very blessed to have a man of such integrity and experience as my lawyer. Will had the respect of the staff that performed my pre-interview and they put me ahead of other clients due to my tight schedule. I could also tell the prosecutors and judge respected him which enabled me to get an excellent result that kept this off of my record with the county and the DOR.

Will did an excellent job defending me with my case. I consulted with other Lawyers before talking to Will and was told my chances were very slim and that I should just pleade out. Will not only assured me that we could procede with getting the issue resolved the way I wanted but also followed through.

When I went to Will for a consultation he said that his services did cost more then other lawyers in town, but that he was able to charge that because he was good at what he did. He more then came through for me and was only $100 more then what the other guys who would have had me plead out were.

Worth every penny for the professionalism he brought to the table as well as the attitude and respect he showed as well. I would absolutly recomend Will to anyone.
