The entire process from start to finish was so easy. I had nothing to compare it with as I had never needed an attorney before. But everybody in the office was so helpful

Mr. Joey McCutchin handled my case after a bad car wreck and helped walk me through what specialist I needed to recover physically. He got the money financially that I was asking for and needed to replace my car and move forward. I highly recommend this law firm as you are never treated like a number or paycheck but like a real person who matters.

Thought the woman that came out to answer our questions was condescending and rude to us. Acted as if..... we were beneath her Socially and how dare we be in the office.

I'd heard nice things about Mr. McCutchen but I'll never go back in now.... nor recommend this office to anyone.

I am very happy to say Mr. McCutchen called this morning to apologize for the poor reception we received the day we went in to ask a few questions. He stated the lady was a Paralegal that had stepped out to answer questions because all the Lawyers were busy at that time. Also, that through him, she apologized for the way she came across and it wasn't her intent to be rude or condescending toward us.

He hoped that if in the future we ever need legal services that we would consider coming back and giving them the chance to help us.

Following his quick response to this Google Review ....Yes, I will go back & give his office a chance to assist me.

Great job

A motorcycle wreck brought this firm and myself together and I feel truly blessed from the meeting. The lawyers and thier staff have been very helpful during the two years that litigation has been pending. I feel that all was done to insure that the final outcome was a positive one for me. There was a complete sense that everything was set and ready, all facts pointing toward a successful verdict at trial if needed. The insurance company decided that the work was done to show full liability and offered a settlement for the entire coverage from the policyholder. I was involved in an accident. The insurance company of the vehicle that rear-ended me, said it wasn't their policy. I wasn't to call them again. I had ambulance charges, emergency room charges, plus I was test riding a new bike with only 187 miles on it. Not knowing what to do, I contacted Pam Cox, who listened to my story took my accident report, with the "bad" policy number on it and it wasn't long until McCutchen & Sexton had my medical bills being paid, the dealership was paid for the totaled new motorcycle. They the took time to give me my options, explained everything to me in terms I could understand, answered my calls and my questions. McCutchen & Sexton kept a bad experience from being made worse by the insurance company. I was treated like I was family. Debra got it reopened in March of 2016. If it wasn't for Debra I would had to have started back over. She has kept on top of my case weekly an always keeps me positive.
