Rosemary has no integrity, Hired her in good faith that she was gonna do what is righteously right in protecting me and my kids from a emotional abusive situation to only find myself being represented by someone that is just what I needed protection from. Rude and so unprofessional.

Very disappointed... I ended up spending atlease $4,000 I lost track after awhile could have been more... Rosemarie was my attorney and could never remember what was going on with my case, told me to grow up and I just had "a sensitive child" that he would get over the issues... This past winter my 8 yr "sensitive child" told his counselor he wanted to commit suicide... My last court date I hoped for supervised visits instead opposing party received overnights! She never helped us or fought the way the opposing lawyer did.

My experience with Mrs Rosemary Rusca? She is the worst attorney ever. Poor listening skills, rude, disrespectful, just horrible. She does not appropriately respond to her clients. I spoke with 5 of her former clients and they all had the same low opinion of her. I spoke to two of her colleagues and they concur.
Do “not” use her. You couldn’t do any worse by representing yourself.

Rosmerie Rusca came highly recommended. When I met her I got the impression that she was there to fight for the kids, she promised me she would as my kid had a health issue that she could relate to with some family member. Come down days before court date she called me the day before asking me what I was asking for. I should’ve know she wasn’t honest or anything she was telling me what I wanted to hear. I explained again because obviously she didn’t have time to read my declaration, proof or anything like that. The day of court she asked me the same again so I explained what I wanted she said we will get it. In court she made a deal with the other lawyer and she promised me we will ask for review in 6 months since my case was a health issue, but she knew judge wouldn’t allow that so she just took advantage of me. Then after court date I kept asking for the final paper it took more than two months to get it. And I never got my invoice till after they drop me or close my case. When I check my invoice they double charged me for a bunch of meetings and conversations. Nobody could explain the bill for another two months and finally they refund me those over charges. Bottom line Rosemarie might have been on the business for years but she doesn’t care about the children like she said, and the people that work there are rude and careless about the clients. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Find a better attorney and save time and money.

Mrs. Rusca is one of the rudest and most arrogant lawyers I have ever met. I went to her for assistance in filing divorce papers. Not only did she not listen to what I had to say, she made snide comments about my situation and even told me I was dumb for leaving my abusive husband. All in all, she wanted $200 to file my paperwork, which wasn't bad considering what most lawyers charge, but I ultimately decided that I'd rather pay more money for an attorney who will listen to what a potential client has to say and treat them with respect than pay an attorney who treats her potential clients like trash. If anyone were to ask me about her, I'd tell them to take their money elsewhere.

Words can not describe my gratitude for this Firm, My attorney who represented me was Christopher Rusca. I was being stalked on the internet for quite some time to the point in which this individual attempted to obtain sensitive information on me such as a credit report and information from the FBI as well.

This individual was posting pictures of my home, my full address pictures of my family etc.. and when it came time to file a police report this person ran down and filed a frivolous petition for a restraining order to conceal acts he has committed.

the moment this individual obtained that restraining order he began to threaten me with jail he has even made several false police reports accusing me of calling him and his wife threatening them.

My attorney Chris was able to handle this swiftly and the request for a restraining order was denied. what I like the most about the attorney who represented me is he knows the law, I mean you ask him a question and he goes right into that mode citing what the law reads how it applies in other words he is brilliant when it comes down to it.

My wife and I can not express how professional and how persistent this firm is being that I live in Los Angeles county and all I would absolutely advise anybody in the fresno area to consider this firm.

No doubt we would hire Christopher Rusca & Rusca & Rusca law firm again...
