I had an issue with a DUI from a while back. I was really stressing out about it. The staff was very nice and always willing to help! Mr. Martens managed to get my DUI dismissed in the end! It was such a relief. I would definitely recommend him to people who need help with problems like mine!

I have not enjoyed my experience with this law firm my husband has been down 4 months and has not so much as received an offer. Every time we go to court its one excuse after another and waiving time. Really wish we would have chosen someone else to represent him

Be aware if u want them to fight a traffic ticket, I’m a class A driver, I pay 500bucks to fight my case n they don’t even fight well my case they only ask for extensions at the end I lost money and case. Thanks for nothing stay way from this law firm, that’s my personal experience.

Very disappointed with the service i received. This law firm charged me $3,500 just to show up. They did nothing! I could have easily accepted the first offer given to me myself and paid NOTHING if I had not used them. $3,500 is said to be the retainer fee BUT will include trial if we went to trial. We did not go to trial. I feel my 1,000-dollar deposit should have covered what little they did do. I had to call multiple times just to get an update IF one was even available. They were late to my hearing, so I was considered a no show which resulted in me having a warrant out for my arrest. NOT TO MENTION i was recently informed I have had a 2nd warrant out for my arrest since January with no notification from this office and when I called to discuss the issue they told me my case was closed there was nothing to discuss. So disappointing, thank you for taking advantage of someone who is already in a bad spot

This Law form is the worst. They never return calls. They never do what they say. They left me hanging over a year with no answers!!!! Still haven’t heard from them. I have left messages, called every week and nothing. Would never recommend this firm BEWARE they do not CARE!!! Horrible absolutely horrible. If I could sue them I would!!!!!!!!!! Very unhappy and paid for services I didn’t receive SCAM!!!!

The Law office of Christopher Martens is far beyond excellent when handling any legal matters. First time ever needing a lawyer, and they beyond what I thought what could be done for me. They helped me threw my time of need and worked with me with any and all questions and concerns I had. They also took my financial situation into consideration and worked with me and was able to make things work best for me. Highly recommend. 10/10

It's very hard toget ahold of them. There is poor relay of information from the paralegal to the lawyer. And very poor communication with law office and client. Did them a favor for providing medical records when it's their job to retrieve it from the hospital. You help them provide this information to make their job easier, but they don't help you with your case. I keep calling them for a follow up but they keep promising to give a call back and never did. Which is unprofessional and unethical. The lawyer was also supposed to meet up the husband in jail but didn't show up. I just wanted to know what's going on but the office keep on giving the run around and promises of call back and never did. Where in the world have you seen a lawyer who has never spoken with his client and there is another hearing coming up in a few days. At the beginning they will keep calling you to sign up. But when you do, they will fail to communicate with you. You hire private lawyers to help you not stress you. I'm beyond upset and frustrated.

Bad choice of council fails to appeal my case never returned my calls they pick and choose what cases to get their down payment and all the while knowing the case will be denied dissmissed or the such with client getting zero results. You'll reap what you sow mr ex officer of the law supposed to lookout for the people but instead just making a quick buck Hah. Hey citizens dont try to get expunged or the rehab letters because they will take you for a long ride. I paid and they wanted me to do the research when that is their job. Go figure.

Total fraud.. Can't believe C.Martens hasnt been disbarred by now. After being ripped off by him a few years ago, I just heard of another family he was supposed to be representing in the wrongful death of a family member and totally failed to even speak up on their behalf in court after paying Martens almost $10,000.

I went in to clear up some background stuff. Turns our it isn't even necessary. I'm glad Mr. Martens didn't try any kind of legal malpractice. He was honest and straightforward with me. I recommend this firm.

Went in 4 months ago to speak about my traffic ticket that I was fighting spoken to Mr Martin and explained my situation. He told me for sure the worse outcome would bring down the traffic fee from 900$ to maybe 500 or 400 and remove the point off my record. So paid them 500$ to take my case cause I was too busy and trusted this firm to handle my case. Month after months pass by no phone calls received even when I try to call no one is available until I called yesterday and talked to some other lawyer who I never even meet before and told me I lost my case and there was nothing else I could do. Like really I spend 500 for them to tell me I lost my case I could’ve just paid the 1,000 fine and called it a day but now I’m in it for 500 plus 1,000. Crooks don’t promise your clients anything if you can’t help them. Worse law firm ever!!!!

I just wanted to setup an appointment for a free consultation for my girlfriend​. He asked for my name email and social security number over the phone. I asked why does he need my social? He hesitated and said well a phone number could work too. He said I would recieve an email confirmation for the appointment. I received an email for a portal website to sign up with. I called to cancel the appointment because it didn't feel right and I was suspicious. And I got called everyday after for 3 days after cancelling. Asking if I wanted to reschedule my appointment. I already said I didn't need to make another appointment. Really weird to me. So I would suggest staying away and going with other attorneys. That don't have you go through such a big process for just setting up a free consultation...
