After the guys performance this week concerning genx in our water supply. I would never use his services nor suggest him to anyone except maybe as someone to call to empty your trash.

I hired James after getting into a terrible car accident caused by another driver. I waited two weeks before I hired a lawyer, which I do not recommend for anyone. It became very overwhelming to handle on my own when dealing with the different insurances. The aftermath of the accident is hard to deal with, without being taken advantage of from the offender's insurance. Between James and his staff they helped me through out the process. Jan was AWESOME, very nice lady! James was very straightforward and I really liked that about him and he always kept me informed. In the beginning of the court process, Mr. White was very comforting and reassuring. He gave both me and my family advice on what steps to take before trial for not only a better outcome in court, but also for my wellbeing. He stressed that my wellbeing was more important than my charge and that he would take care of the legal issues. He asked me for updates on how I was doing and told me to call him if I needed help or anything. Feeling like I had someone on my side, was a great help to me in this very low point in my life.

I do think if any other lawyer had seen my case, he/she would have just went for a guilty plea. On the day of my trial, the 3 other people charged with the same crime as me pleased guilty with their lawyers. If you had seen my case, you would definitely say I was guilty. I did not think I had a chance. I wanted to plead guilty and get it over with. Mr. White convinced me to take it to trial. We had nothing to lose he said and it wouldn't cost extra so my family and I went with it.

During my trial, I was amazed at how well Mr. White was at his job. He defended me against the prosecution and facts of the case like something out of a movie. His skill level was clearly much higher compared to the other lawyers I had seen.

I was given a "not guilty" sentence. My father and I both agreed that it was nothing short of a miracle. I was ecstatic. I know this review is probably too long, but I could honestly say more things that impressed me about this attorney.

I had a very disappointing experience with Mr. White. He represented me, promised one thing and then was unwilling to follow through on it. At first meeting, I thought he was a nice man. He proved to me otherwise. When I tried to address it with him, he resorted to a personal attacks. If you are in need of an good attorney, this is not the practice I would recommend. It seems they are very interested in your money, but are not really interested in you or your needs.
