WE WOULD NOT HIRE TIMOTHY ARMSTRONG AGAIN
My wife and I regret hiring Timothy Armstrong. Before we retained his services, he was responsive to our questions and sounded like a capable attorney. We decided to hire him and paid him $4000 for his services. In the end, we were very dissatisfied with his professionalism. He did not return repeated phone calls. He failed to attend court hearings. Essentially, he completely ignored us. As a result of his poor performance, we lost all confidence and trust in his ability and competence. As a result, we had to hire another attorney who resolved the case to our satisfaction. The difference between two attorneys was night and day. The second attorney returned our calls and answered all our questions and was fully engaged in our case. Do yourself a favor and
DO NOT HIRE TIMOTHY ARMSTRONG.

On the evening of Thursday, November 15th, 2018 I was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. I was placed in Duval County jail. Upon my release my bail bondsman told me about Armstrong Law Group. I made an appointment to meet on Monday, November 19th. Tim Armstrong met with me and guided me through the process of gaining a hardship license for work and to travel back to my home state for the upcoming holidays. After this my attorney became Mr. Dustin Nemati. In his earlier years as an attorney he was a prosecutor and had ample knowledge of DUI cases. I was given a very clear list of things to send to Mr. Nemati (HS diploma, College Degree, college transcripts with final GPA, dog adoption paperwork, 6-10 character witness letters, volunteer work, proof of current employment, DUI Level 1 Completion Paperwork). We had three pre-trial hearings that I attended with Mr. Nemati. He answered every question (no matter how dumb or in depth) thoroughly and professionally. On March 25, 2019 I had my final court date where I was sentenced. Mr. Nemati with the Armstrong Law Group was able to get my DUI dropped to Reckless Driving as long as I completed 100 hours of community service (Jax Humane Society), had a 10 day immobilization of my car and met with my probation officer once a month. I can without a doubt say that the Armstrong Law Group, Tim Armstrong and Dustin Nemati are excellent attorneys and will work with you tirelessly to get your the best outcome as possible. I truly appreciate every single they did for me over a nearly five month process.

Horrible Customer Service. I called the law office of Tim Armstrong over 2 weeks ago to schedule a consultation and have yet to receive a call back from the office. No one ever answers the phone at the office always have to leave a message. Julie the office secretary will not call you back, but she will text message you stating "Mr. Armstrong will call you later today." I received a text message twice from Julie and as of two weeks later I have not received a call from attorney Tim Armstrong. The customer service is horrible and there is no urgency for Mr. Armstrong to return your call. I have since done my business elsewhere and have found a reliable attorney who cares about his clients.
