Needed council on a family property with a judgement lien on it and Attorney Robert Williams gave it to me on the phone since there was a financial risk of throwing good money after bad and he wanted me to know the trade off for hiring an attorney for this matter, giving me enough intelligence to make an informed decision. not a good experience with there paralegal at closing the other day. She was very condescending towards my wife and myself we had questions and she told us to speak to our realtor in reference to the discrepancy on the home warranty cost her response was you agreed to to $660.00 and our closing documents the price was $604.00 and when we got there it was 647.00.and all she could say you agreed to $660.00. that was not the issue I asked why did it go from 604 to 647 and she kept saying you agreed to pay up to 660. all the time making us feel very uncomfortable and making us sound like the bad guy all I wanted was a reasonable answer. she even mentioned at the closing. that it was getting late and she had to leave. making us feel more unwanted. at the end of the closing they said I could pick up the real estate proceed check after 4 pm Thursday....so it gets better....so I thought...I called around 4:10 pm and they said I could pick up the check that afternoon before 5pm and it "was" ready I had told them I might be not be able to get there till Friday and they said it was fine. my wife went Thursday and the check was not even ready.even though they had said it was..please believe me this is not about the money it was how we were treated by his paralegal and the lack of communication that was experienced. I am not happy about this. Mr Price if you read this you welcome to pull our file for our phone number and call me
