Unfortunately, when I called this attorney, he did not call me back. I called and left messages a few times, to no avail.

One heck of a lawyer! You go Jody Greene, I have a lot of respect for you

This Attorney (in my opinion) did not try to help his client. He did whatever the District Attorney told him even though the client had Video proof that he was in the right and the police that said he was DUI was wrong. This was a total waste of money and his client’s time, money and reputation are now at risk. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY if you are Innocent!!

The client was given 12 months probation, had to take DUI course, 50 hours community service and do an impact victim statement because of some corrupt police in Nassau County who falsely filled out a police report (and we had proof) and a bad attorney.

This client works a full time job and tries to take care of his handicapped bedridden mother (who has COPD). The Attorney knew all of this before going to court. The Attorney simple is not there for his client, but he sure took $5,000. that the client had to borrow to pay him.

DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY !!!!!
