Part 2: From BAD to WORSE (Tiffany Williams)
Where do I begin? Grainger Legal Services has caused me so much pain and suffering. The first Google review speaks for itself but things get worse. After some time has gone by on my case, I agree to meet with Grainger face to face to try and resolve a few issues. I decide to take a witness to the meeting so that I don't miss anything or just to have 3rd party involved. The meeting was supposed to resolve issues that happened with my case and other issues. The main topic of discussion is my vehicle that has to be turned in because the lease is up. During the meeting, Mr.Grainger states I would nothing to worry about and he would make sure I have transportation to and from work. He makes it VERY clear that he has been working the company's attorney. He also states that I've already been approved at Jack Ingram Motors and I'm wondering how I got approval. Well, thanks to Mr. Grainger and his office I do not have a vehicle as we speak. The vehicle was returned because Grainger stated the attorney would go after arrears before and after bankruptcy. The arrears from before the bankruptcy has already been taken care of. So now I am without a vehicle to get back and forth to work. I tried several dealerships for an approval and denied by them all. How am I going to get financing if I've only been in bankruptcy for months? The real questions are the information Grainger stated in our meeting. I am without a vehicle to get to work, in order to pay my bills, and in order to pay my Chapter 13 bankruptcy. There was a lot of information stated in the meeting between us that I am not allowed to release but they have been lies. When you call the office, the staff will lie and state that everyone is busy but staff had just emailed stating to call the office. If I had to give any advice, do not rely on Grainger Legal Services to take care of your needs. They are liars and insensitive employees. Mr. Grainger continues to lie to me and I do not appreciate it because I feel that I'm being treated like I'm dumb but I'm not at all. Do not rely on Grainger Legal to get it done.

Where do I begin? The initial consultation went well and I decided to proceed with the law firm to handle my case. The paralegal was great from start to finish when it came to my paperwork. After my paperwork was drafted, it was time to meet with the attorney to finalize everything. Well, I was under the impression that Mr. Grainger would handle my case but unfortunately I was handed off to his partner. My case went downhill from there and has not been resolved. The initial meeting with his partner was about an hour long and we discussed my case in detail. He assured me that I would have nothing to worry about but what a lie he told. If filing bankruptcy, the point of filing is to get caught up or get a control of your financial situation. In the meeting, we discussed the fact that I was leasing a vehicle and I was behind on my car payments. He assured me that they would include those payments in the case and I would also have the option to purchase the vehicle after the lease terms were up. We further discussed the payments from the case and also the assurance that everything would be fine and I would have nothing to worry about. So, we go to court and I knew then that things were not right. I entered the court room and the attorney(his partner) does not say ONE word to me. I see everyone else's lawyer interacting with them and giving them insight on how the proceedings would go . The ENTIRE time during court, he was on his cell phone and not saying anything. I go on the stand and answer the questions she asks. I'm actually very nervous because I have not been given any direction on what to expect or even say. Once I have finished answering the questions, I step down off the stand and expect some interaction from the attorney. There was no follow-up conversation or even eye contact for that matter. At this point, I'm very irritated as a client because I feel as if you do not care about my case. After my case has gone to court, I hear NOTHING from the attorney's office and I have to contact them because my car lease is coming to an end. I call the attorney's office to set up an appointment with Mr. Grainger to speak about how to proceed with my vehicle. I DID NOT in any way want to deal with his partner because that's the reason why I am in this mess right now. I go to Grainger Legal Services for my meeting with Mr. Grainger and I have never in my life felt so disrespected. Basically, he asks me if I have the money to buy the car after the lease term is up. The real question is, if I had the money to buy the vehicle, DO you thinK I would have filed bankruptcy? Then I ask if maybe the company I leased from will give me a buyer's order for the vehicle. Mr. Grainger had the audacity to say, "Why would they give you a car loan?". My response is well the same reason you keep telling me to go to a particular car dealership down the road to get a vehicle. The real issue is that my paperwork was messed up and there are funds that are owed to another attorney's office because of the car situation. Mr. Grainger told me that if I was not going to keep the vehicle, he does not see the point of trying to figure out the remaining funds from the other attorney. That's a major issue because I'm not able to keep the vehicle, so the attorney's office is going to come after me for the money and may even try to garnish my wages. My problem with this whole situation is that he feels as if he can just not do the work and get paid for it. Well, I just want it to be known that my new attorney will be dealing with this matter. The attorney I have now has assured me that I have nothing to worry about and it will get handled. It's okay if Grainger Legal Services has not handled my case properly because my legal counsel is already working on my case. I would not recommend that Grainger Legal Services because they do not take the time out and take care of the clients' need.

It was quick and they are all nice and explain everything very well and give you different options to go by to better suit your financial situation.... they helped me do what I needed quick like and simple.... thank you very much.... keep up all the smiles and great attitude... I greatly appreciate it...i dont know how to make a new one but i just wanted to say thank all of you for everthing yall have done i am in good hands and thank yall for making it happened yall have the kindness people working there and i aprricated all of yall for making it happen

I remember leaving the consolation and feeling relieved to hear our options. It was as if a heavy weight was lifted.

I just left from having a consultation with this law firm. I thought that I was meeting with Mr. Grainger but he had a dental appointment to get to. Instead I met with Hayden Sneed, his partner. Terrible person!!! His demeanor was horrible and if I was not a Christian, I would have let him have it. He showed no interest in helping me whatsoever. He talked to me as if I wasn't educated or even had any bit of sense. I even mentioned to him his demeanor and the way he talked to was was horrible. I chose to seek help here due to their reviews, but have been misled. They wouldn't have gotten one star from me, but I have to rate them to leave a review. After about 10 minutes, I concluded this was not the place for me. Choose someone else to represent you.

He has taken the time to assist me anytime I have asked, and goes above and beyond to make sure the best outcome is possible. He took my call and saw me within a day from the mess I got myself into. Professionally and personally, he is a class act, helping to bring you out of the hole and back into financial independence. I can't thank him enough or repay him for a fresh start.
