This service is free and I believe in getting what you pay for, but the suppose to be attorney, Stephen Last is awful. I do not feel that he is even qualified to represent anyone in any situation. He relays all information over to creditors before court. He arrives to court unprepared; example, he don't bring a pen. He brings up the worst scenarios in front of the plaintiff, example the option of garnishment. His appearance and demeanor is that of a child. In all, just pay an attorney or go to court alone. In the case I am referring to, it was great that the plaintiff was willing to compromise. This representation was awful.

I was a nervous wreck the day I went to Legal Services regarding 2 collection cases. One in which I had court for the same day. The attorney really helped put my mind at ease. I was worried I may lose my job over these cases. He guided me in what to do for my case that was the same day since he couldn't attend with me. And for the other case he said he would handle everything for me. I thank God for them!!! Knowing that I had someone on my side made me realize that no matter what happened everything would be ok in the end.

The receptionist was out. The lady that helped me was very friendly and patient. She helped me right away with my concerns. ....i don't know her name, but i wanna say thank you, to the nice red headed lady.
