I am sure I will be writing another good review. Mr. Jim is by far the best lawyer I’ve ever encountered and I don’t say that lightly. Honestly, I had almost given up. I trusted so many lawyers and in the end only ended up out of more money and time. As a fresh new graduate and a new professional, Mr. Jim took my case and I now have so much peace about the situation. I know he is an answered prayer and I know he will do what’s in my best interest. When my nephew was charged and arrested for DUI, we thought that this was the last straw for him, and were very much worried for his future. We did a search on Google and found attorney Jim Yeargan. From the beginning, Mr. Yeargan took personal attention to our case. He went above and beyond, displaying a real sense of care for my misguided nephew. When all was said and done, his charges were all dismissed. He served NO jail time, but did have to serve 10 months of probation and a $300 fine. If someone you know is arrested for DUI, you must give these guys a call. They are the best!

I have used Mr Yeargans services recently while I was on a 6 month work posting to Atlanta. I was given a DUI by a policeman on a late Wednesday night. Mr Yeargan managed to have the case thrown out in court and I now still have a clean driving licence. The service provided by Mr Yeargan was absolutely superb. I was informed exactly what was happening in a clear and understanding manor. Had a great experience with Jimmy! One of his associates, David, helped a friend and I when we were in a difficult situation. They were beyond helpful and kind.

Do not go with this firm!!!! I called them because they were rated #1 on Google. They must pay for reviews because I had the absolute worst experience, in just genuine common courtesy, like a return phone call from ANYONE. So 4500 dollars later and Lindsey Hanney, my " lawyer" withdraws from my case a week before trial for non-payment. Well my bank account, which automatically withdrew the money from after I paid my half retainer, says different. So in short unless your I guess VIP likelihood of you getting either of the listed attorneys is rare. Pray you get anyone but Lindsey Hanney. We had one meeting in person to go over a tape she was having difficulties downloading. When I got home it took me less than 2 mins to do. If you want a lawyer that cares anything about there clients I advise other counsel. Lesson learned. Read all fine print in anything you sign.
