After checking with several attorneys who did not want to deal with my case, Mr. Porter took my case on. He was upfront it would be an uphill battle as the evidence I had at the time relied heavily on the timing of what happened and not hard evidence. He not only found additional evidence by pouring through documents line by line, but he handled my case better than I could have expected. I highly recommend him to anyone, especially those who have been turned away by those high price lawyers who look for the easy cases or the high dollar/high profile cases that get them in the news. Adam is the best lawyer in the world . I was turned away by 8 lawyers and told I had no case . A friend told me about Adam. I went to his office the day before my right to sue expired. He stated ''The reason the lawyers turned you away is because this is a very tough case and you don't have much evidence to support your claim, but i will help you''. Adam fought a fortune 500 company who had some of the best lawyers in the country for me. He never backed down from them even though he was outnumbered . Looking at the company we sued, i thought we had not much of a chance than a snowball in hell.He went toe to toe with them and won the case for over 6 figures.He spent countless of hours on this case searching for evidence on my claim because i had nothing to produce but my word. Adam took my word, and fought my fight for me because he knew in his heart what this company did to me was wrong.The oath he took to help the ones who can't help themselves, he honored it. Mr. Porter is an excellent attorney. He was very responsive to my concerns and got me a large settlement when I thought all hope for my case was lost! I never had a problem contacting him directly and if we missed a call he always called back that night. He filed all my paperwork timely and I never had to show up in a courtroom. In addition, there were times during the process where I was frantic, scared, and hopeless- Mr. Porter always took the time and listened to all my concerns- even the irrelevant ones. He provided very good advice to ease all fears. I always got off the phone with him feeling calmer and like "everything was going to be ok". And did I mention he got me a very LARGE settlement!!?? He was great to work with and when a friend of mine needed an attorney he was the first person I called. While he couldn't provide the specific services she requested, Mr. Porter did provide 3 additional attorneys for my friends reference. He is an honest, good man and I enjoyed working with him.

Was referred to by the eeoc for discrimination retaliation with a right to sue letter and even had the state appeals committee prove the company wrongfully terminated me and couldn't explain why. Should be an easy clean cut case. Communicated with Mr Porter for a few days and was told he was going to call to discuss the matter then I get an email at 6 am telling me sry and good luck. In my opinion he's just another rude,misleading attorney that couldn't even do what he said in the few days he communicated with me. I wouldn't trust him but this is all my opinion on what I've experienced and it's scary when an attorney struggles to produce a proper sentence when communicating via email. I would not recommend him.

I guess these are paid reviews but Mr. Porter is very unprofessional rude. He is never in his office which clearly shows he has no clients. The only thing he is good at is locking you in almost half of whatever you get. He is inpatient doesnt explain process or gives details. He speaks to you lime your beneath him when you ask a question or explanation..i would vote him worst lawyer in Alabama.

Adam is a fantastic attorney and has advised me on several employment related matters. He knows the law and uses that knowledge to provide excellent legal service to his clients. He is accessible, returns your phone calls and his office is very convenient with free parking.
