He definitely ain't one I'd recommend to anyone.. You can't ever get him on the phone ( office or cell) and the one and only time I did get to talk to him I couldn't hear nothing he was saying .. He yet still hasn't went and seen my brother in law after a month of setting in jail for no reason at all. He has a good case if someone just new what they was doing to help him out.. I think this guy needs to relocate somewhere where he is more comfortable with his career.. Because his not doing so well In it here! Any suggestions on a better attorney for my brother in law it would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks

I REPEAT DONT go to this law farm for money from foreigners, is what it should be called, these liers take your money with no results, they strech your case for years just to withdraw while hired to do what they were paid for up until trial. They pulled a quick unethical card and refuse to give me any funds back or communication, they breached there contract, poor archiving, poor representation they didnt feel that way when they got paid or multiple visits for signatures on random papers & not in its full form what were you hiding?, shame!!! on you I want my money!!! like you said you would return, my SO is suffering in GCSD being tortured while your going to mail documents to him & not communicate ignore calls, im not a fool you chose this oppurtunity to skip out on your client & obligations such cowards. No star from me just google.Trust that God see's everything!!!!! Legal action is on its way.

I do not recommend this firm at all , my husband was their client for several year until he got detained by ice on a regular check so when I called their office they informed me there where not a contract and we need to hired a different lawyer and just a month ago they took money from us filing 485 and previously I-130 I was so confused they betrayed us , and found out why they quit on us it because they never check if my husband has ever had a order of removal pending so they make us paid lol that money 130 and 485 for nothing just because they didn't do their job my husband now getting deported with 5 kids so run away from this firm go to Charles kuck at lease he is more expensive but not do betray you.

It had an excellent interpreter service when white officer pulled Mr. HappiFondo over for no reason not even by suspicion, as it turns out the officer was drunk and on crack/dope. You ask for Law Office, this guy has it. Can't explain how optimistic, and the purpose of all lawyers need to be. This place is inspirational. 6/5 stars - lawyer knows how to move squads I mean FBI squads! Even SEALS! To ease down misbehaving armed antikorean, race-ist police officers in the public!

I don't even know where to start. This firm has been working with us for about 4 years. My parents have been in this county for 26 years. We have gone through about 8 immigration lawyers between NY and GA one of which was a fraud and caused the case to end up in a federal immigration court. We have been working specifically with Eli for the last 4 years. This case is one of the most complicated cases that has ever reached immigration court. Guess what after 26 years... Eli was able to fight over and over for my parents and my parents were finally Granted their Greencards. It's been a long 26 years. So much money has been invested between lawyers and filing fees and medical exams but I must say this man Eli has changed our lives in ways he can't begin to imagine. He is beyond devoted and treats you just like his own family. We are so thankful and blessed to come across such an amazing attorney. I highly recommend them to any and everyone needing an immigration lawyer. I forgot to mention that their staff is also so so friendly and very professional. This is the most honest review you’ll find about this law firm! I honestly don’t know how it got so many good reviews since I’ve been to the office and the majority of the people who walked in complained about their service. Well I hired this firm almost 3 years ago..Such a big mistake! I paid them in full and trusted them with my life, just to get absolutely nothing done & my money wasted. WARNING: ONCE THEY GET THEIR MONEY YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN! Still 3 Year’s and nothing done about my case..they didn’t even study on it...”representing” me for 3 years and know absolutely nothing about my case. This is just the worst experience I have ever had in my life..it takes them over 6 MONTHS just to call you back after they already took all your money. I’m looking into where I can report them to...this can’t be right. Honestly my best advice is stay away! They will tell you all the things they can do for you and not do any of it. They care about their money not about the lives of their clients.
