I paid $250 for one question, she said I have the answer and 2 months .....that was on may 2016.....I still waiting for the answer. ..never call

The most terrible experience I’ve ever encountered. Wish i would’ve fired them when I had the chance. My case and I were treated so poorly by Stephanie and the staff. Her communication, to her costumer service, to keeping me informed and updated on the case and to top it off, her mistakes once the case was almost over and how she handled them was all very poor!!! Not once did she at least apologize for her trashy service, all I got was her actually trying to argue with me (the Client) Just when I thought I was finally done with the company and I received my settlement check.. the amount we agreed upon was shorted (not sure if that was her way of being petty, trying to get over on me, or just plain testing my intelligence)
Anyways, after hounding them down (yes they started ignoring me after that smh) to correct and give me the remainder missing.. she delays and delays the process, never apologizes, and argued with me like I’m the one in the wrong and like I’m being annoying... well excuse me, if I wouldn’t of called to get anything fixed they would’ve never called and said they made a mistake.
Long story short, this company has no integrity, no professionalism, and you would be so upset with yourself for even going through with them.
My advice, pls read reviews before making decisions. I wish somebody would’ve had an UPDATED version for how this company runs its business as of now.
Don’t even bother! And this actually is my first google review EVER !!! I just had to do something to share and warn people because you don’t want to experience what I experienced ever in life! Trust me !!!!

Where do i start? To keep it kinda short,i was in 3 accidents this year(so not my year) and they handled all my cases with care. They made sure i understood everything and that i had the best care possible. I don't care how many times i called with questions they answered them with no problem. They made me feel like family. I will send everyone their way for amazing service. I love the whole team and i wouldn't call anyone else. #teamBurke

Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Not once were my calls returned or followed up with. Fired immediately and hired new attorney now my case is on track and looking great.
