I called four times. Perla still haven’t returned my calls.
Terrible service!!

Terrible experience thus far with this firm. My case was sent to this firm because my original attorney passed away. I spoke with an attorney one time in 2018 and a Perla twice and that's it. Have not spoken to anyone since 2018. Poor customer service. I have called several times last week and week before and no one has returned my call. Sad

McCarthy and edwards are great they helped get me situated when i had an accident with no hastle and without me having to go to their office at all. I strongly recommend them as they are a great firm...

Treat bad no settlement gave me money to pay a bill and talk to me bad then had daughter to handle my case!!!!!

This will be detailed so everyone fully understands. 1.) I was scared the entire time of being taken advantage of but they didn't. I had an irrational fear 2.) Returning my phone calls a day later became understandable when I slowed down to understand they have a Huge work load. 3.) It was awesome when they referred me to so many people that really helped with great treatments. I will still use McCarthy to contact them. Bottom line... they are in the business of being a lawyer... They are not baby sitters and I will not hold them to unrealistic standards. They are amazing. They performed amazing. They did not politically correct anything. They full filled all their duties admirably, I now have a beautiful check that helped me get back on the road and pay off bills. I am giving them a 5-star easily, I am sorry to the ones that gave a one star, I just don't see it. I will have no fear in calling them again and have set them as number 7 on speed dial.

I have nothing but good things to say about McCarthy & Edwards. It’s rare to find an attorney personally discussing all options with me for a case I’m going through. Jeff (McCarthy) is very personable and took the time to answer all of my question. Of course, I have talked to other staff members working on my case but they have been on top of it the entire process. It’s unfortunate that there are more people who post negative reviews than great ones.

If I could I would give this place 0 Stars worst customer service ever the lawyer sucks he never even wanted to meet me after they denied me to go to the doctor this lawyer is not for you he did not get me any money back he just got his self money back and now I'm in debt with bills and the lady named Lisa that works in the office sucks to they never even let me go back to the doctor they asked me if I wanted money or doctor's visits I guess I just have to live with a pain in my neck and my back and with my head injury I would never recommend this place to anybody not even my worst enemy they are so stressful never answering phone calls they had me as deceased in my file obviously I'm not the whole company is a shitshow do not trust them at all!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been a client with this law firm since June 2018. Perla has been handling my case and I’ll give her one star because she haven’t returned my calls or sending me to therapy for treatments.

Terrible customer service, they never return phone calls like they promised me.
It’s been 7 months since our car accident and nothing has been resolved in our case. We have back injuries and I guess we have to live with the pain for the rest of our life.
