Set unrealistic expectations for the outcome of my case. Didn’t show up on time and made me feel like I had no option but to take what they gave me or dish out more money. Avoided calls and set things off until the last minute. He’s in it for the money nothing else. Bad experience would not recommend.

From the initial consultation until my case was dismissed, Andrew Peveto and his staff (specifically Katie) were courteous and professional. They were in constant communication and went over every detail. Their price was reasonable and I was able to use a payment plan. Andrew is the absolute best lawyer I have ever had.!! He got my DWI 2nd (BAC over .24) dropped to a DWI 1st.. I avoided jail time, interlock, driver licenses suspension, and surcharges. He shaved more time off of my probation time and really did the absolute best he could for me. Andrew went above and beyond. He did not see me as a dollar sign. Mr. Peveto is an awesome attorney. When a legal issue came up that literally scared me to death I called Mr. Peveto and he got right on top of it.
