This guy is a scam and will take ur money please never and i mean never use this man he is a scammer

I hired mr.frankoff to help with some legal issues with a apartment complex. We had a meeting and was told I have a strong case and that a letter would be the first step to resolving this issue. We paid 300$ for the letter and once the apartments replied back, Mr.frankoff assistant gave me call and asked me to read the reply, and give them a Decision, so I did! Once I read the letter and called the law off back to talk with them about options and false claims the apartment stated they had nothing for me beside “honestly your case is weak, and it’s up to me on what I want to do, either sing apartments agreement or go forward with a lawsuit. The law office of Steven Frankoff is lazy and out for quick profit and no help in any way! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Mr. Frankoff is very kind and knowledgeable. Him and his staff were a huge help in getting me out of terrible lease situation with a corporate apartment complex. I had spoken to other lawyers who were unwilling to help with my case but Mr. Frankoff had no problem getting the job done. I am very grateful. I would certainly hire him again if needed and I most definitely recommend him for anyone seeking a good attorney.

I'd give this guy 15 stars if I could.I came into his office crying that a realtor took my escrow and property management was not letting me break my lease, taking my money, and threatening my credit. In less than a week the escrow was refunded and property management is ending the lease without fees or credit attack. Steven Frankoff works miracles.

STAY AWAY -- WARNING- RED FLAG --HIGH ALERT IN FULL FORCE

I take the time to share my honest experiences to prevent each of you from been the victim of the same circumstances...

When I hired Steven Frankoff I had already been a victim of Grassano Properties therefore his actions was not warranted.

In addition when I hired Steven Frankoff I didn't judge him due to his physical disability but I NOW know why he was born with disabilities, the Bible saids God knew us before we was in our mother womb .

Look at the lives he destroy and he is in a wheelchair - if he didn't have the disabilities the number would be such we wouldn't be able to pronounce.

NOW let me share how I became his victim in addition to why you must stay away from Steven Frankoff in the manner of a person that would not have sexual intecourse with a person knowing they are HIV Positive and don't use any type of protection....

I had paid all of my monthly obligations to an apartment complex in which I was under a lease -on time - as the record reflected I had always did - not one time did the Complex notifiy me the obligations had not been received. Then August 11, 2017 ( Friday ) when arriving home( approximately 915 pm) the office had given me three days to move out - the office was closed on weekends - I had never experienced anything like this so to protect my job ( type of job I had ) I did as I was told to do - as you may imagine been put out in unexpected time was devastating .

I attempted to resolve this matter before filing a Small Claim in court - in addition I paid to have proper person served .

After not receiving the same fairness of the opposing Attorney from the court I began to seek to hire an attorney.

Steven Frankoff listen to my case in great detail he said you have a great case he then just needed me to submit $300.00 to retain his services. In addition I made him copies of everything that had been filed by the parties.

Prior to giving him my $300.00 he told me again I had a great case he said but I reviewed the file the judge doesn't like you so you need an attorney.

Weeks later I had not heard from his office I left messages but no follow up - then out of the blue Steven Frankoff called and said he can't represent a case with $300.00 he need $ 1700 more ,then after making arrangements to pay the 1700 and he agreed , on the way to the office he requested $300 more - he repeatedly said if you don't paid me all my money I want represent you in court - I later found out he never called the opposing attorney to attempt to resolve .

I paid him a total of $2300.00 dollars three times what I had lost to the apartment complex that derived this law suit .

I then sent him a letter because once again weeks had passed and we had not discussed trial and the court date was near.

Fast forwarded he appeared for court ( trial ) two HOURS LATE ,MUSTY, UN SHAVED, SMELLING LIKE ALCOHOL, DISORIENTED, UN PREPARED FOR TRIAL the court cancelled the trial ( months later it has not been rescheduled)- THEN HE TOLD ME HE NEEDED MORE MONEY TO PROCEED ( BUT HE HAD DOCUMENTED 2300 WAS A FLAT FEE) - IF YOU KNOW ANYBODY WITH AN ALCOHOL AND DRUG PROBLEM THIS IS A RED FLAG....

SO I TERMINATED HIS SERVICES AND REQUESTED MY MONEY BE RETURNED BECAUSE HE HAD NOT DID ANYTHING HE REFUSED IN STEAD HE FASIFIED A DOCUMENT CLAIMING HOURS HE HAD WORKED ON THE CASE - I TOLD HIM A reasonable person would believe if you did all that work the case would have went to trial in fact he was so disoriented I had to ask the court to speak - his words words blurry you can tell he was drunk ....

I took my time to warn you of Steven Frankoff - you have been warned - remember God never destroys a city without a proper warning..

STAY AWAY FROM THE LAW FIRM OF STEVEN FRANKOFF everything I have said I have the evidence, so if you are one of the person's that say I'm a show me person before I believe , contact me because my mission is to stop you from becoming a Victim....

All in All I’m Happy with the outcome something Attorney Frankoff was able to make happen that I probably on my own would not have been able to. We always hate to spend money on things that we Can possibly do on our own however there is a time to reach out for help and I’m glad I did.

Informed me that there was going to be one flat rate price of handling my speeding ticket and if and only if he had to show up to court there would be an extra charge.. However, a month later requested more funds to pay the court ordered ticket price which i had to pay in the first place. You should not deal with Mr. Frankoff and simply peal not guilty

Mr.Frankoff and his staff were very prompt in handling my case. Everyone communicated very well and he was able to get the tickets cleared off my record.
