Very helpful attorney

Mr. Ruzzo returned my call and was very pleasant. He is working on a case for my loved one and is doing a great job.

So today was interesting, I drove in from Out of town because my brother was suppose to have court tomorrow, only to find out TODAY it’s been reset yet again. My brother has been in jail for over a year and all Ruzzo have done was.... WELL NOTHING. I’ve never spoken to this man a day in my life, well that is until today. First I called the Secretary to get in contact with Pat Ruzzo, rude from the first hello, I didn’t get a proper greeting, I didn’t even know I called the attorneys office honestly, I had to ask if this was Pat Ruzzo’s office. In the mist of that conversation I told her how rude she was as well as how unprofessional she and her boss was, but she relayed my message in a timely manner, so I guess she did that right. I was on the phone with her approximately 4 minutes. Maybe 5 minutes later I get a call from Ruzzo. The first call was 1 minute because he wanted to over talk me and not let me ask ANY questions, so I hung up the phone and called back cause I thought maybe something was wrong with the phone because I was trying to talk, and he just kept talking over me like I wasn’t even there. So I called back and that call was approximately 2 minutes, within that call I was threatened by Ruzzo to be “subpoenaed” (for what ever reason) and told he was going to go back over the call I had with secretary to see if I did a terroristic threat so he could file charges on me. Talk about baffled. All I was doing was asking questions and stating my opinion and he went into this rage, all in under two minutes, again, never talked Ruzzo a day in my life until today, and this is the response. From the man that’s suppose to representing my brother who suffers from Biopolor Disorder, but instead would rather look for a reason to incarcerate his sister, for simply being concerned, confused and looking for answers. SO maybe his job is just that, a job, he’s not passionate about it, he doesn’t care about his clients, or his clients family, all he care about is whatever paycheck he gets from whoever he gets one from. He could care less about the people with legal matters that he is PAID to “represent” and furthermore the family members that deal with the every day turmoil of their loved one being in jail, especially one with Mental Health issues. Maybe he’s never had anybody in jail in his family or never dealt with a family memeber with mental health problems, but if you’re not passionate about your job, your clients or their family members, than maybe being an attorney is not your calling.Because for him to threaten to file charges on me about “possibly”making a Terroristic threat to his secretary ( which I didn’t) furthermore shows how unprofessional, rude , unjust and unconcerned he is about me, my family or my brother whom he swore under oath he would represent to the best of his abilities. If your looking for an Attorney Pat Ruzzo IS NOT your guy. VERY RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, staff and all and should be disbarred.
