Throughout my case, they were responsive, professional, and always accessible. I consider myself to be pickier and more meticulous than most, and yet, between Nicholas and Jessica, they were always willing to address every question and concern I had over the course of my case, no matter how trivial, without once making me feel like I was asking too many questions. And I was always met with candid, no-BS responses. Nicholas is very responsive on emails, and Jessica would even follow up with me to make sure he had responded if she saw I emailed him.

Nicholas gave me tailored advice for specific situations, and took the time to explain why he would decide to go a certain route if it was not clear to me. Expectations were clear, and by the time we filed, I felt fully confident and comfortable with a very innately uncomfortable process.
