Several friends have recommended Scott Brown & Associates after using the firm for family issues. I needed legal advice for a civil/business issue and consulted with Peggy Bittick, as she was highly recommended and has experience in a range of legal areas. Ms. Bittick answered all my questions, and helped me determine what my next steps should be. She was very thorough in her explanation and I left with all my questions answered. While I don’t need to hire an attorney at the current time, if/when I do need an attorney, Peggy Bittick is the one I will hire.

I would highly recommend this firm for your legal need. I was represented by Ms Lowance in Pearland in a potentially complicated divorce. Ms Lowance, Ms Blair, Susan and other staff were incredible. They put me at ease (though I was in a lot of stress in it all) and got me through it. My marriage was to a foreign national, and involved some potential international complications. The firm was incredible and got me a very fair and just outcome to a potentially nasty situation. I cannot say enough good things about this firm.

Very professional well worth the money, I wouldn't look any further if you are looking for an attorney.

I was definitely not satisfied with the service that I received from this firm. There was a major lack of communication and excuses made for everything that wasn't completed in a timely manner or not done at all. I had an appointment set up on a Thursday to review my case and was never contacted. After I reached out multiple times I finally got a response two weeks later. Simple requests were not addressed or followed up on and I'd never want anyone else to go through the same devestation, especially with precious children being involved. After $10,000 they had to be fired and a new counsel obtained. To date my divorce is still not final due to inefficient and ineffective counsel.

I retained Blair Parker with Scott M. Brown & associates for a family law case. She was unable to adequately service my needs and failed to work on my behalf despite a very large retainer ($5,000), and high hourly rate ($350). I had to dismiss her and retain another lawyer who was able to do everything that she said she was not able/ or willing to do.

Very helpful friendly fair priced legal advice

I had an amazing experience with Scott M Brown and Associates, they were able to handle my very difficult and sensitive case in a way that made me feel comfortable and secure from the first consultation to the last court appearance I would strongly recommend this firm to any dad struggling with rights.

Blair is understanding and attentive. Over the past 3 yrs she has been reliable and dependable for myself and my family.

My husband and I were seeking out an attorney to help us assess what could be done about readjusting the custody of my husband's children. We were recommended by a family member who had used this law firm, so we took a chance and stopped in this summer. We met Erinn Brown that day, and she was very clear and direct about our chances, and went over the pros and cons with us about moving forward. During this meeting, her and her associate became very concerned about the children's living conditions, and wanted to act immediately before they were sent back to their Mom. We agreed, and in August my husband was awarded temporary primary custody of the younger kids.

A few weeks later, something dramatic happened when the Mom assaulted the oldest daughter. While she didn't press charges, Ms Brown went to bat for the young ones and we met with the judge about changing the terms of the temporary orders. All visitation and access to the children were removed because of the victim's testimony, and the Mom still denies her actions to this day. She has proceeded to bring us back to court almost monthly to try to gain access back to the children, and Ms Brown has been there every step of the way for us and the kids.

While this is still ongoing, Ms Brown has continued to stand up and fight for the un-justices we've had to face along the way. The Mom has threatened my husband by saying she'll make sure he is in jail by the time she's done with him, no matter what it takes. She's also threatened myself by saying she'll sue me for every penny I have. Ms Brown has defended us amazingly through all this, and we wouldn't want anyone else on our side but her. I would highly recommend her if you're looking for someone to fight for you or your children.

We hired Erinn Brown for a complicated custody suit in August after a referral. We have just had our first hearing as of this week and are very happy. Ms. Brown is professional and charismatic. She asks for and expects truthful answers while keeping people on topic but never resorts to demeaning tactics. We would certainly use her services again as well as refer her to others.
