This "Kahn" seemed like all he wanted was the 300 dollar consultation fee. I had proof in writting: 1 mortgage broker made up credit report showing a credit score which was over 100 point lower than the actual credit score mailed to me by the credit beauros that was pulled on the same date.
I had to basically convince and bicker back and forth with "Kahn" for over 10 minutes because to his understanding he did not know where the credit reports came from, he did not believe me. He seemed to want just end the call early with no resolution, a $300. Consultation fee was paid to him before the call began.
His assistant "Candi" told me he could possibly get high dollar amounts for me because of the overwhelming evidence the amounts she used where $300,000. To $1,000,000. She told me "Kahn" would give me an estimate of how much my case would be worth, that did not happen, instead of talking more about the case "Kahn" would not believe that the documents where real and most of the conversation was about the legitimacy of the evidence I had in writing.
To make a long story short, my account now has $300. less in it and I have been left like I was just robbed! Not to mention the over $2000. retainer they where expecting that I was not made aware of during the conversation.
