I found the Hastings law firm on Google - I wanted a lawyer who works specifically in medical malpractice. I don't know much about the laws, but I knew I wanted an attorney who did. I called after hours and left a voicemail. Around noon the next day I got a call back and was able to describe my situation. Unfortunately it did not meet the requirements for a lawsuit but the woman on the other end was extremely helpful, kind, and respectful. I'mleaving this review to show my appreciation for the compassion I received - they didn't just blow off my situation but instead helped me understand a bit more about the laws in Texas and what I could possibly do to build a better case. I can tell you first hand that dealing with malpractice at the hands of a doctor is a terrible experience that I wish on no one.
