I chose Bailey and Galyen thinking they were a quality firm, I was wrong. I hate to even give one star. I retained this firm after being sideswiped on my motorcycle. Every update I received, I had to call and request a callback from my attorney, whom I didn't know who they were for the first 2 weeks as no one called me. The updates were rushed and with horrible service by the office personnel. Once the minimal allowed by law resolution was concluded, they gave 1/3 to the hospital which I was at which was covered already by my Bluecross Ins. So I came out terrible. I would have done better with a different atty an/or firm or no one. 6 months later now, I still have surgeries pending and a couple of broken bones.

So I am not their client but I can tell you that since last November they been calling me cuz they have a wrong number for their client. I have talked to their office once or twice a month to tell them that they have the wrong number. They "fix it" every time but then 1 week later I get a call from them. I would go to a law firm that would fix easy problems and care if they had you number right. Also they are now loving messages about canceling a hearing as they can get a hold of the client I called to tell them yet again but the next day 2 calls...... just saying

This law firm is not the way to go I was in a auto accident May of 2018 finished threapy in August of 2018 lawyer settled my case with the insurance company November 2018. December I’m calling and calling leaving messages and emails nothing they don’t answer the phone they give you run around answers. 2 other people that was in the car with me have been paid out already. When I call and ask what’s the hold up they claim they’re waiting on the Chiropractor to send the bill so I decided to do a little digging I went to the chiropractor office to get some info I was told and “shown” that my chiropractor bill had already been paid and all my other bills that I received in the mail from the insurance company had been paid out so it seems like she’s just holding my money to try to get her self more I wouldn’t recommend this firm to the devil himself. Bad communication they give you no type of updates on your case if your looking for a lawyer call the car wreck cowboy! Or call jim Adler the hammer so he can hammer for you.

Seem they do the minimal for their clients. Hard to contact, and seems like they are more interested in putting more money in their pockets then anything else.

This firm worked my case for 2 years and I ended up with nothing, no medical Bill's paid... nothing. I would no recommend this law firm to anyone. I feel the attorney screwed me and did not fight for me. I would definitely give yall zero stars.

It took 6 months of waiting patiently, they do not keep in contact you have to call, leave messages-emails just for the same response every time "we are working on it".At the end of 6 months they told me "they were dropping my case" I was bit by a dog that had already bitten someone else, attacked his housemate and the Rabies vaccine was not current. 1st time I called the "lawyer" told me no problem the owners house insurance will handle it! Send some secretary to my house ALL FOR NOTHING! I could have been working with an ou yhe attorney the whole time and 6months would not have been wasted. If I could give no stars I would.

This law firm didn't look at my case because they work for the Kemper insurance and drag my case so had to let them go and got a better lawyer firm. Be careful before hiring this law firm.

And assured me my situation would get turned around and they would do nothing but there best for me. And I've received nothing but that for the months we've been working together. Wish there was a NO STAR option!!! If you are looking for someone who never responds to emails or voicemails, someone who drags their feet on your case...then yes please give them a call. We went through several case managers before we finally ended up with Brandi. Her attitude towards my entire family was the most unprofessional I've ever seen. I will never refer is law firm nor will i ever use them again.

DON'T use this law office at all. I paid money to the lawyer at GP location to do nothing at all for me. Except to send a final bill saying I owed more money. I did her work so they need to pay me for my services. I've asked for a refund on several occasions through email. I was given the run around each time. Contacting them is a waste of time and money. Go somewhere else.

I recently had my mom go up here to this location to take care of a ticket for me, Seeing how I’m always at work & don’t ever have the free time to handle personal matters, Mind you this is a firm that we use as a family a lot an very often with anything we encounter that could bring them any type of business because we are use to the great service that they show us, An the usual great service comes from the location off Hulen st, not this one in particular but we decided to give them a try & they treated us pretty poorly, Due to the circumstances of the ticket I personally had more questions than I usually would an the person helping us I guess didn’t like that or it made them angry or frustrated, So she Made it seem as if she could help us only to turn around an make up an excuse as to why they couldn’t help us when the excuse was something that could’ve been easily emailed to me so I could sign it & send it back, I would not recommend using this office the one on Hulen st is worth the drive and time if you choose to use this company. We needed up taking our ticket to the location we always go to & they were way more helpful an willing to do the job they got hired to do, Its sad we were refused service all because the people in this office lacked the work effort to help us get things properly taking care of, When your dealing with peoples freedom an lively hood, Is expect more professional outcome specially with it being the holidays but I guess that makes people less helpful an less careless.

I will never forget the horrible experience I had with Christine Clary from the Fort Worth office. I hired her to handle my divorce in July. It’s now November and she hasn’t made 1 attempt to even have my husband served. Lack of communication, sorry excuses, and laziness are the characteristics best demonstrated by her. I requested that she refund only half of what I paid her, but she flat out refused. I’m still trying to figure out how she justifies charging me $2000 to only file the divorce, that’s all she did, nothing else. My bills are piling up, my mortgage is due, and I don’t have any child support because of her. Her lack of compassion is incredible! This is the perfect example that the love of money is the root of all evil.

Who has two years to be without a car? The insurance company of the guy that hit me paid for my car took the car....And then they denied the claim? So frustrating. This has got to be the worst law firm I could have chosen for my car accident. They have no idea what they are doing! I was rear ended in stopped traffic on the freeway.. They took my case, sent me to the doctors.. made me continue to go to different doctors even after I asked to be released. After i was finally released from the doctors the attorney then completely dropped my case. I am now receiving bills from the doctor's they made me go to. This law firm is a joke! They ended up screwing me! Zero stars! I would NOT recommend them!

Unfortunately , I was informed today that has left the firm and my case has been handed off to yet another attorney without informing me of who to contact. I was told once we received all medical bills, that I would be called into the office to work up a proposed settlement amount to present. This was not the case, now I’m told they are waiting for a offer from the insurance company instead of taking control and demanding a amount. Who’s going to make sure they will be fair? At this point I’m so frustrated, I hope the new attorney is worth her degree because I will not let them do whatever they want. This has changed my life and I want to be compensated.

Run away. I hired Spencer to pursue child support for my son. Worst nightmare imaginable. I never saw my ex's tax return which is imperative in determining c.s., excuses for delays for months while my bill continued to mount, and the final straw was that they couldn't even count six months back child support from September to February. He counted five and it costs me a full months child support. If this was his top notch work I'd hate to be his client when he's not at his best. So much for my son's well being. Good for Bailey & Galyen.

They screwed me. Should have taken the offer. Lawyer said not a good idea. Got less at trail. said they would reduce bills... they left me on the hook for ones they said they take care of. Will not recommend to anyone.

I am beyond furious I was in an auto accident back in November. The insurance company has issued my personal injury money to Bailey and Galyen. I was tol to calm back today my phone number is routed to my case worker no matter what number I call she never responds back nor does she follow through on calling me back. Today when she says I can get part of my money she tells me that she doesn’t know if the attorney sent the request for the check to be issued. I tell her that I have been evicted from my apartment which happened last Tuesday I let her know that 3 weeks prior telling her I need an update but today after letting her know that I am living in my truck and I haven’t eaten anything in a day she says that’s fine and hangs up on me. How do I go about firing an attorney and hiring a new firm that at least has empathy for the people who they are trying to help. Because I am not seeing it through this firm.

Update: I just spoke with the attorney and she informed me that she did not request my check until this morning and that I have to wait yet another day to get my insurance money which is not part of any settlement but still taking out their “cut” because they requested it. And that it was not their fault I am living in my truck and haven’t eaten anything.

I hired Christine Clary on 12.4.19 after asking one question: Do you have time to get me a hearing as fast as humanly possible so that I can see my babies. Not only is it now 4.4.19 and she hasn't even so much requested temporary orders in a Motion to Modify, but is choosing to breach the contract by trying to coerce me into signing her motion to withdraw without a hearing in front of the judge. Mind you - this lady has been paid in full $3000 and I have gone above and beyond doing everything she has requested. She is upset that I am choosing not to have her represent me for a motion to enforce/contempt because I prefer to have a criminal attorney when my freedom is on the line and she hasn't even done what she said in the Motion to Modify. Our contract clearly states that she is ONLY representing me for a Motion to Modify. I had heard such great things about this office and I should hope that this isn't standard conduct for this firm. I am very happy that I chose Andres E. Martinez for my case. He is compassionate and concerned attorney who cares about his clients' cases and well-being. As a example, I was particularly impressed when he recently agreed to meet with me on short notice take my case for my citizenships interview He is also a good listener to his client's concerns for equality before the law. For those who may not have heard of Greyhound they are the largest bus Corporation in America with offices in Mexico and Canada to. There no brookies when it comes to hiring lawyers for themselves and according to what I read we'll fight for every dime did they have to give. Fortunately for me my counselor attorney Robles was a boxer in the Marine Corps before entering the law firm so I know he will fight hahaha. I back anyone who serve d our country 100% after being involved in the accident aboard the bus I researched all the law firms in this area so that I can make a intelligent decision upon who I needed representing me going against a big company like Greyhound bus. I chose Bailey and galyen Law Firm because of many reasons. One reason was I found that this law office seem to be more interested in my health than the money which may not be the case but I appreciate them knowing I had a brain tumor removed and my health hasn't been the greatest I can't say enough about Carolyn Johnson my case manager who was there for me basically at my disposal answering questions that I had calming me down when I was so frustrated and in pain and always giving me good advice and if there was anything else that I needed I was to promptly to call her. I realize I'm not the easiest man in the world to deal with but I admire her patience and her ability to deal with frustrated individual such as myself.
