Great office and experienced law professionals

I have to say that I’m disappointed with this office. The way that I understand it, unless you can get the ticket deferred to probation yourself, they can’t either. The communication is horrible at best, as I didn’t hear from them until it was the “final” attempt to which I was going out of town. Essentially had I not fought the ticket, i would have had to pay $212. Now I’m out $330 and still ended with the conviction and lack of communication. There would be a slightly better review, If they would have been honest up front about their ability or the fact that they didn’t think they could actually get the speeding ticket deferred. Overall... seemed like quite the waste of time and money.

Called the office on 7/24/2018 at 12:18pm and the receptionist picked up the phone and imediately hung up so I happily took my business elsewhere.

I have been coming here for over 20 years, and James Mallory is going into retirement and this new attorney is already ripping people off 160.00 for a speeding ticket you got to be crazy. Thank You Attorney Mallory for the years you helped our families. I wish this new Atty was like you but anyway found another Atty that did it for 50.00

So disappointed. Terrible communication and when I called and emailed to get an explanation. . . nothing. I ended up paying more for my ticket after paying them $50. They said they would get it drastically reduced, ended up being only by $30, so I paid more, by hiring them. So frustrating.

I love this office the staff is helpful they are super nice and explain to you the process of everything. My husband has been going to him for years now never disappoints

Awesome service. You don't have to go there. Can do all by phone. READ what the send you. If you get a "warrant" in the mail later or any other silliness from the city that wrote you up Call Mallory first before responding. I do not know anyone personally that got anything beyond "dismissed."

Of course I have never used him myself. I drive my car and ride my motorcycle like a saint, have a perfectly clean record and low insurance rates. I'm just posting this "for a friend."

We weren't able to use their services but they helped us figure out what warrants were sitting in another county from a traffic ticket 10 years ago. Would go back.

This guy is great! You could get a hundred tickets in a year and he would still get them all dismissed from your driving record. Lines can be kind of long depending on when you go.

Do not use them if you only plan on getting probation...it will cost the same and its easier to pay the city because you dont have to mail in a money order. Now if you want to fight the ticket then i dont know.

Jim Lollar's firm is the absolute best and I terribly regret ever straying from them.

He didn't get the ticket dismissed, I still had to pay the FULL and ENTIRE fine. But he managed to get the probation period reduced.... Not sure if another attorney could have successfully REDUCED the fine at least? Bottom line, I didn't save ANY money.... just got a reduced prob period

If you get a ticket, RUN, do not walk to James Mallory. Everyone in my family uses him. Most are dismissed, not on your record and your insurance rates don't go up. That's worth $40.00 any day of the week.

If you need a traffic attorney in Fort Worth, this is the office to stop by. Even without an appointment and only a walk-in, I was seen almost immediately at the end of a busy day. The offices exudes organization and confidence, but has no costly frills...all good signs. The legal staff listens, take care of the paperwork everyone needs, and you can sense that there is a sense of pride in everyone doing their job well. Everything makes you know that your in great and capable hands.

This guy and his "business" is a complete scam. They scam you out of money only to waste hours of your time and leave you stuck with the original ticket price that you started out with.

Horrible! Paid $80 for them to tell me it would take 3-6 months for a court date and in the mail the next week says I owe 450! Worst place! Do not go there! I recommend Richardson Law it may be in Plano but well worth the money!

Been sending tickets to Mallory for over 30 years. All but a few have been dismissed and the remainder settled with deferred adjudication or defensive driving. The government makes it their routine business to wring money out of citizens with chickenscratch tickets, It is Mallory's routine to prevent that. Well worth $40 to make the tickets just go away.

Well worth the $40 to get a $300 speeding ticket that was completely dropped as too much time had passed until it was called to court. Definitely use him if your ticket is in Fort Worth as they will delay the court date for years until it's no longer void and will be dropped.

This firm not only took care of the headache of going to court to fight the ticket, but is honest enough to send a refund when he worked his lawyer sorcery to lower the fees due to the court.

I've used Mr Mallory more times than I have fingers and toes back in early eighties when I had lead in my foot. He, has always prevailed and if you're wanna be victorious, James Mallory is your man.

What lead me to leaving this review, is that my son just called me about a misfortunate situation, asking: Dad what do I do? I said give me second and I'll Google the "MAN" that I used when I was a young man like yourself. Paying it forward with a positive review 34 years later. "Thank You" Mr. Mallory I know my son, is in good hands.

I got three tickets at once, called Mallory's office, mailed them the tickets, he took care of it for less than the fine and it never reached my record.

I have used James Mallory numerous times since 1989, and have found each experience to be excellent. In his area of focus, he delivers an excellent record with efficiency at a value price. I have always found his staff to be friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. It is too bad he does not handle cases in Dallas County, and I have had to retain other attorneys over there to handle my traffic citations. None of the attorneys I've retained over there have done half the job James Mallory has done for me in Tarrant County.

This man is a crook..You spend money on him to help you with a ticket just to get charged the full entire price of the ticket anyways..You waste money and time dealing with this office a ticket lawyer is suppose to help you not steal every red cent you have..you're better off just passing the tickets in the first place will be about a hundred bucks cheaper.

I have nothing against the service but there is little he can do up against Betsy Mayor who sends out a coven of barely literate traffic cops each morning to intimidate the single mothers and grandparents trying to drop off their kids in front of the school. The school curb is awash with signs that make everything illegal and they are routinely ignored by the drivers until. . . . . Until you unwittingly [not deliberately] make a wrong move and the dim-witted traffic cop nails you. Unless you have extenuating circumstances, it might be cheaper to
pay the oppressive fine and be done with it. My $205 fine amounted to $245 by the time I paid the lawyer. All he did was apply for probation and I could have done that myself, free. The only good came from not having to pay for 18 months. That is how long it took to get a court date. Tax dollars at full speed!

MY family has been using Mallory for 22 years and hope he will be around another 2 decades,needless to say we have been very happy. yes sometimes it will cost you more using him, but it is well worth it to keep it off your record.

Allow me to start off by saying I have never written a review before. Therefore my experience with Mr. Mallory had to have not been great. It wasn't the actual firm however the receptionist was rude. Very rude, I asked about 3 questions and she would take a deep breath in each time she responded to my questions as if she was annoyed by me. She was very rude and unprofessional. I will not nor do I recommend this firm to anyone!

We've used him for over 25 years and his office has always been easy to work with. Have always had a good outcome. Just wish he would get a bigger reception area, LOL.
