My experience with an associate attorney was terrible. She went to my hearing unprepared and made a decision against my specific request. She was confrontational, ill mannered, immature, rude, and just outright unprofessional. After looking up her license and seeing her graduation date, it makes more sense, for she hasn't even been practicing a year and has no clue how to treat clients. I will be filing a grievance with the bar. The young woman who answers the phones was helpful and absolutely wonderful. I would suggest that Mrs. Lane get another associate attorney to replace this monster before she ruins the firms reputation.
