I am very impressed by Bemis, Roach and Reed. They've been very professional, courteous, and are very knowledgeable and successful in what they do. Mr. Bemis was very knowledgeable and helpful with his insight and experience in dealing with the SSDI. He reviewed my claim, interviewed me and represented me with the appeals judge. Mr. Bemis was able to get me a fully favorable finding within 6 months of initial contact. Before that time (and without the law firms assistance) the SSDI office had denied my claim for 2 and a half years. Well i called them before i went to social security and they said that as soon as i got my denial litter they would help so i got the litter and sent it to them 2 days no answer no response nothing so i emailed them never got a reply or a call to tell me anything so i call them turns out they were ignoring me because they didn't want to take my case they were accepted social security reasons for denial and said that i had no hope of winning and they never saw me either so instead of helping me they decided not to because my case was not good enough for them

I could not have navigated through the complexities and endless requirements for medical records had I not obtained the services of BRR. In particular, Greg Reed represented me, along with several outstanding and responsive paralegals (Craig and Monica). Having been denied twice for written applications for SSD, I was encouraged by the positive optimism by Gregg that I had a good shot at obtaining an appeal, and ultimately a chance at presenting my case in person to a administrative law judge. After being denied disability on my 8th hospital visit in 10 months, and not being able to work, I contacted BRR and they gathered all the information for my condition.
