Mr. Graham’s legal assistants are very knowledgeable and professional, but what I appreciated was their genuine empathy and concern for my situation and for me as a traumatized victim. It was very refreshing to experience a real concerned human being in the workplace. I could feel their concern and hear it in their tone and verbiage when they communicated with me as well as the style in which they drafted their email communications to me. These professional women truly cared and you cannot put a price on genuine human kindness. I didn’t give them 5 stars because I wasn’t happy with Mr. Graham. He is an attorney, need I say more. He was very knowledgeable and aggressive which I liked due to the type of case I have but very rushed and driven by profit (and that’s fine to a certain extent). He must be a good man, boss & attorney to maintain the staff he has because I have very high expectations on service and client treatment and they are well above “excellent” by my standards.

I would only give 1 star, they were only interested in taking my money. They were nice at first, but after they got my money, they stopped communicating and wouldn't answer my calls. The first case was dismissed, the second trial was ended when they didn't have the dates and proper details. Now they say that a new law came out making it likely that I will lose the case and owe even more money. I hope no one else has to have this bad experience. If you go to them you are taking a big risk!

Absolutely under no circumstances should you consider Joshua Graham & Associates. I had a consultation about my case and I was assured that they had handled issues exactly like mine before and that not only did they have the experience, but had also processed several cases against the Attorneys that would be sent the Demand Letter. I decided to hire them, and paid the up front required fees and it went downhill from there. After not getting the result that I was assured I would get , I realized that Joshua Graham & Associates absolutely misrepresented their experience necessary to pursue my case properly. I will now be filing an "Attorney Grievance" for Ethics Violation and Professional Misconduct with the State Bar of Texas and the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel on the basis of "Competent and Diligent Representation". Which states that they accepted employment in a legal matter which the Lawyer should know was beyond the Lawyers competence. I would have never hired this Attorney if they had not completely misrepresented their ability and competence to handle my case. I sincerely hope that this review will help others like myself, that just wanted to be honestly represented, but instead was misled by Joshua Graham & Associates.

Terrible law firm. I paid for a service that was never rendered. I would give them zero stars if I could. First the paralegal that was working on my case left so they didn’t know what was going on when I called for an update. Then they passed my case over to a lawyer. Months later when I called for an update it turns out the lawyer left.. I asked for a refund and all they did could say was that the lawyer took his clients with him and gave me his number to call. Terrible terrible law firm. Seems like no one wants to take accountability. Save your hard earn money and stay away from this firm.

When I first came to attorney Graham office I was under the impression that this firm stood firm on always helping the client and assuring that justice is served but I relieved the opposite of that. I met with Jade and was informed that I would be represented by the firm and that a demand letter would be sent out three days later. I called on going for a month and a half with lies and excuses on why the letter was not sent out. Joshua Graham called me a month and two
Weeks later after I informed them about the complaint I was going to file stating that the letter had not been sent due to someone from his firm being in the hospital and stated that he apologize for the incidents that had occurred and he assured me he was going to make sure that I received a call from manila that day going over the letter with me before it was sent off. Well she did NOT RETURN THE PROMISED CALL THAT DAY and another month passed and I still didn't receive the phone call or letter as promised by Joshua Graham!! After finally getting in contact with someone with the firm I was told everyone was in court and I would get a phone call back the next day and never did! I called and called and recieved a demand letter that was half put together and sent out before it was sent to me to read first which I asked that it was sent to me before sending out!! Two weeks later and they are saying that no one is available and is in court and I will receive a returned call. I informed them that I would leave a review informing the public on the horrible experience I had with this unprofessional law firm. Ten minutes after that call guess who was all of a sudden available?? Joshua Graham calling me to inform me that they would not be able to take the case and that no more money is owed to him. I will continue to inform the public on the horrible experience I had with this law firm. If you are looking for a law firm that will take your money and feed you lies and add more stress to your life then this is the perfect law firm for you, but if your looking for a law firm that will take case very serious and help reduce the stress and will get you justice then THIS IS NOT THE LAW FIRM FOR YOU!!

Very knowledgeable staff. They exceeded my expectations. Got an appointment the very next day, everything was explained in detail and was provided with all the options available to me.

We needed some counsel regarding a really sketchy car dealership experience. At the initial consult with their office, I was pleasantly surprised to hear them coaching me how to handle it all myself in a way where we could get what we wanted. That’s how legal advice should be. They made sure I knew I could call and have their full support if I needed it but otherwise were more focused on how to help me handle the demands myself.

The attorney I met with was very professional. Was knowledgeable and understanding about my requests. Communication with the office by phone however was very difficult. I could not understand what the receptionists were saying due to their thick accents. Email was better.

Glad I selected them to do my consultation with! They were referred to me by the TC Bar Association, and seemed to be the only firm would was on the list for my needs. The consultation was a great DEAL! I paid prior to the consult, and I arrived with very little time to spare. The wait wasn't long, and Joshua took notes and listened to my story, and quickly advised me on how to move forward. Unfortunately, I had more than one legal case at hand, and he willingly offered me advice on my other case. Gave me the EXACT info I needed, and I was out within 45 minutes. I do believe I will be using Joshua for my needs within the next few months!!! Office staff was nice and he was very professional! (as I expected anything less!)
