Mark commands your attention as you would expect from a man that tips the scales at a conservative 350 lbs. I never expected grace to be a quality that Mark was imbued with but much to my surprise he moves with the eloquent poise of an impregnated elephant. He never ceased to impress. I don’t know if it was the faint glint of sunlight that reflected off of his beaver like smile or the waft of his cheap smelling cologne but I was truly entranced.

Mark has been opposing counsel on a number of contested cases. Mark is smart and works hard to get his client's what they are entitled to while not over complicating the process

The attorney and assistants at this firm are extremely nice. They also have reasonable retainers and very detailed line items for billing. We did have some issues with a filing error by their office, along with a 3rd party psychologist they work with who is nice but not reliable. And both of these things caused our case to have unnecessary hearing reschedules and missed deadlines; which caused us to incur more billing then we should have paid if the case ended at the deadlines. That being said they did not do it on purpose and they are good firm. If in the future we had a normal divorce or custody matter arise again we would hire them again.

I can not say enough about Mr. Scroggins' expertise as an attorney. I retained Mr. Scroggins in 2001 for a divorce and custody (8 year old girl) case, in 2002 - 2003 for a custody case, and again in 2015 - 2016 for a divorce and custody (6 year old boy) case.
